I am in Hotel Management and recently transferred to the area. I heard of this place and suggested it often to my guests.. Then, I went for myself.. The bar staff was not friendly. I asked for two cups of soup to go- they seemed very inconvinced by this. (I guess it was 5 minutes before last call for food though they never asked). They eventually brought soups saying they're hot and they "put them in the microwave" THEY WERE NOT HOT, though they said they were. I asked to take the soup off of my tab (once my card was ran) and they were not. They simply deleted it so my ticket doesn't show it. I was waiting for a voided ticket then a RE-ring. It's not the money that matters to me is the principal of it... they never deleted the transaction, so they charged me for soup that I never ate. Also, they served me two drinks in broken glasses.
