First of all, I'm not one to really ever complain ...

First of all, I'm not one to really ever complain about places and will usually give them a few chances before I decide on the rating. But I have been to this bar three times and every single time I have ordered a drink the glasses I get look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Again I wasn't too upset the first time and they actually comped my drink and replaced it. However the last time I went in there we ordered a pizza and bit into a plastic wrapper baked into the cheese. Quite honestly the only reason I gave this establishment two stars was because the manager was always quick to try and right the wrongs. The food is also pretty good, I just feel that the staff in the kitchen and some of the waiting staff needs to be more attentive and consistent with their cleanliness of their workplace.
