Mad Jack's is super ghetto, don't waste your time unless your trying to score crack

Good food, nice patio, great for relaxing and talking with friends.

This is my go-to place in the area for burgers and American food. It's got plenty of seating, good service and tasty food. There's nothing amazing about the food but it's good solid American food.

Visited twice. Good food, good staff, good atmosphere! I can see why this place has been around for a while.

The manager very rude and aggressive. No good customer service relationship.

We always get the cheese curds, always hot and fresh with marinara sauce.

It had some new games in there that i havent seen at other places.

My business partner and I come here whenever we go to Luther for service on our cars. The first time we came with modest expectations. We assumed nothing more than greasy bar food. To our surprise the food here was and has been ever since consistently good and constantly improving. We've both had the steak salad several times and we've never been disappointed. Better yet, the steak salad has gone from small steak pieces mixed into a salad to an entire sirloin cooked to order and sliced on top of salad. Outstanding! Today I ordered the rotisserie chicken with rice and mixed vegetables. Again, outstanding! All the servers (we had Cayla today) are friendly and professional and go out of their way to get us food that meets our somewhat demanding dietary restrictions. Also today we met Eric the General Manager and now we know why all the staff is a good as they are. Eric is a professional who is on top of what goes on on his restaurent and with an old time positive demeanor that is so rare to find these days. Great place!

Newly reopened. Had a fantastic experience even with a large group that they were not expecting. I appreciated them accommodating us and the food tasted awesome!

Poor service and a rough crowd. I'll pass on this venue next time out.

It is in the middle of Brooklyn Park, what can you expect? The staff and building is great but the people who come in - not so much.

I have loved this place for years. It has always had great food. Their sandwiches are my favorite. However, it had been a while since last being there, and frankly, the portions have shrunk. Too bad. And perhaps I have a novel memory of the place, but the glasses appear smaller as well. Still a good place to eat, I just can't recommend as strongly as I once did.

Dirty kitchen, trust me I used to work here. Dont eat here. They drop food on the floor and put it back on the plate

Stopped Saturday afternoon,had terrible service and it wasn't even busy

A year ago I wrote a bad review on Mad Jack's. Today for the first time in a year I came back. The service has gotten better. And the portions are back to what they were. I'm only giving them four stars due to past performance.

Decent food,undetermined really because of new additions I haven't been back for a few months.

Love the new look, love to stop at the pokestop and have a few brews.

Great service but food was horrible. I ordered a dish of steak burger with cheese and it came with fries and onion rings. Fries and onion rings soggy and undercooked. Meat was overcooked and dry and I ordered medium rare. Lastly, cheese sauce tasted funny. I should have returned meal. Sick later that evening.

Nice place to hang out and enjoy yourself. The manager had to fix our mixed drinks because the bartender was charging a arm & leg and wasn't putting the correct amount of alcohol in the drink.

I like going here to eat because they have very good food. I normally get Walleye Fingers even though I'm 12, but I love them. This place is very popular and if you haven't been there you should try going

Not so good the pull-tab lady wouldn't sell me pull tabs. The last time I was there she's begging for a tip so maybe that's the problem

Love the aesthetic of the restaurant. Food was good. Drinks were better!

There on a Saturday. Lots of Tv's with football and golf on. Service was slow, food average. Couldn't sit where we wanted for reasons that were never clear to us. The place is getting a very run-down look from a level of serious spit and polish a few years ago. Owners need to clean the place up on the outside. Won't be back.

Adult mac and cheese was awesome. Bartender was really friendly it was a good experience.

Went way down hill. Never going back the management sucks. They served Luke warm food and skunky beer. It wasn't worth it.

The service was poor and the waitress was rude and over charged us 3 time's after tipping her good she still over charged us I will never go there again I've heard this waitress does this all the time I going to tell everyone I know about me experience this happened 8-10-17 how petty...I bet she doing this every time she works ..

Typical suburban sports bar. The smoking area is not far enough away from the restaurant causing you to basically be engulfed in smoke each time the door is opened. On top of that, the bathroom was a mess, there was no soap and a toliet was broken.

It's a nice sport bar with friendly customer service. I can recommend this place to family n friends any day.

Something for everyone in the family and local hangout for sports and Karaoke, I haven't had the food yet

Great service, tame sports bar atmosphere, food is hit or miss.

Went eat there today, but they were closed. At least 15 newspapers piled in front of the door. 5-6 other cars pulled in while I was there. No sign on the door, just closed.
Not sure what the deal is.

Food is pretty meh, but they sometimes have decent beer deals. Basically a dive Applebee's

Fantastic restaurant! Clean atmosphere. My waitress Allie made my day! She was attentive, sweet, and a great server overall. The food was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to my friends and family anytime! You will be sure to see me there again all thanks to Allie!

Food was ok. Didnt seem super fresh and portions are small compared to the price. Music was pretty loud to the point where we had to yell across the table. Large menu with lots of options. Staff wasn't the best; not very attentive. Only reason we went was because we had a coupon. Probably wont be going back.

My and my husband was there on a f6 late night and when we got the bill they put on a charge on credit cards now so we will not go back

The server we had deserves a raise for putting up with our drunk ridiculousness on a Friday late afternoon. Food was great, too!

Food was okay, but waitress was awesome. Took a business meeting in the back online and she was very respectful the whole time. Will come back thanks to the great service!

I had one of their signature sandwiches. The pulled chicken on ciabatta bread with tomato aioli. It was excellent. Good fast service. No complaints.

Had a bad experience with the manager of this place, he was rude and racist to a group of black customers. He ordered us to leave while we were having fun.

Great service! Great food! I ate a little too much ;) You really must try the rotisserie chicken dinner. If want a meal, that tastes home coked - then you will love Mad Jacks Sport Cafe. Be warrened, "come hungry"!

Amazing team serving and the food is very tasty. Screens to watch which ever game you might want.

This place is garbage. Service was terrible. Don't go here. My buddy waited 15 minutes until he was finally acknowledged by the bartender, by then we had already decided to go somewhere else. It wasn't even busy when we were there on a Sunday afternoon.

Our patio waitress was horrible. Completely unattentive, we first arrived on the patio she continued her side conversation with a customer who had already been served. We walked over asked her for menus. 3 other people arrived she didn't address them either. When she finally decided to take our order, the Nacho's arrived with no silverware, we asked for some she said ok. 15 minutes passed before she realized she hadn't brought our silverware, she walks over to our table and says "you guys asked for silverware" I forgot. We weren't suprised. She eas not paying attention to any of the customers on the patio, too busy having side conversations with a customer you already served and the bouncer. Food was nasty and dry, along with the service. It was our first time here, but definitely not returning.

I had a really good clubhouse sandwich and chips on 7-23-2020. Again, really good. A couple of Morgan and colas made it even better.
It just looks to me that an overhaul is needed.
The place seemed dated.
The outdoor perennial gardens and grounds were really unkempt. Lots of weeds and unsightly grass.
I m sure glad that clubhouse sandwich was very good.

Great atmosphere and happy hour deals! Our server was very helpful and attentive as well.

First time back after it reopened. Well staffed and clean with lots of TVs... So far so good. Ordered a Patty Melt with tots that was mighty tasty :) Watched a few people try to get the lobster dinner for $2 in an old school crane game! Great atmosphere for a snowy Friday in March. Definitely coming back
