I needed warranty work on my car. They consistently "couldn't replicate the problem" even though I drove with them in the car demonstrating the problem in their own parking lot. When they finally decided to do something, the part "was not available". They said they would give me a call when it came in. That was in December 2009. It is now Feb. 28, 2010, and still no call. I understand that parts can be out of a dealer's control, but I took my car to another dealer (Rosedale Chevrolet best dealer in town!), and they had the part in stock, and had the car fixed in a day. Lupient Chevrolet has the worst customer service, so make sure you stay away.
