Went to them with some engine difficulties and ended up needing an entirely new engine. It was a stressful situation, to be sure, that ended up with my refinancing my auto-loan to pay for it all. While that wasn't great, the work was done quickly and well.

What pushes this over the top is that, later on, I was notified that my situation was greatly mishandled and most of my engine problems should have been handled by warranty. Mark, the manager of the service department, called me and told me that, between GM and Lupient Chevrolet, they would be refunding me the money I spent on the engine.

While this was a bad situation to go through, Lupient completely took ownership of the issue and went out of their way to correct it. I feel fully taken care of and they have a new lifetime customer. You should feel safe that, even if an issue happens and something goes wrong, this dealership will make it right, which feels so rare for a business to do these days.
