The hotel is charming. The outdoor eating space is nice, and relaxing. The restaurant has a decent menu, is more expensive than you would expect from the quality. Staff were friendly. Took care of anything that I needed. The bed was way too soft for my likes, this made it hard to sleep. If back in the area, I would stay again.

Went to see a mixed martial arts fight. The venue was great but when we were trying to leave there was only one parking attendant to help with payments and the machines were not working. The poor lady was overwhelmed with the hundreds of cars trying to leave. It was a complete nightmare trying to get out of there.

I give it three Stars based on the fact that the employees here are great. This hotel needs to be updated I cannot believe it's part of the Marriott family. Also it's close to the airport so there is that.

I own my own business and I truly hate to give a business a bad review but this "hotel" seems like it goes out of its way to deliver a horrible experience. First, I was attending a business convention and it took them AN ENTIRE DAY to locate my trade show booth. Second, room service mixed up every order I placed. Third, my room was never made up and I had to call 3 times for them to come make up my room. (This is at 2 in the afternoon) I asked for a late check out. I am a Marriott gold member. They told me I would have to pay a "half day rate" I agreed. Upon check out, they insisted I must pay a full day rate. Only after much arguing did they finally "discover" the notes under my account where the Manager approved a late check out. I cant believe Marriott would allow its name on this business...

Their security gave me a ticket that apparently is an official ticket of the city of Burbank for parking in a spot I was told was available. The clerk at the front desk said their security doesn't assign tickets, as the picture shows its signed by their own security guard. I would highly recommend somewhere that has clear communication. Instead of being remotely understanding, it's now turning into something much larger than I ever wanted to deal with for just staying one night at a hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, however when we got to our room we noticed the toilet had big pee stains on the seat and a hair, it wasn't cleaned. Made us uneasy about the rest of the room's cleanliness. For a 4 star hotel I expected better. Checked in too late, was too tired to go complain. Also, the king room is very small and compact, it can't be more than 15'x15'.

Hotels are Hotels, I travel every week for work, I work for a national Restoration company. We perform large, detailed home detox projects in homes and the projects are typically hundreds of thousands of dollars. I live in Tampa Fl, this week Im in Burbank CA.

The food is very good. Service was very good. I want to thank the Chef and anyone involved with making the food presentable and caring about the quality of food, ingredients, etc. I can tell there is a lot of care that goes into the food and there of.

There is a gentleman that I want to acknowledge. His name is Russell.
Everyone was great, doing their jobs etc. But I could feel that Russell, really cared. There was nothing in his space that communicated to me that he was just doing his job, rather, I felt like he genuinely wanted to serve me because he knew it would help me.

Just stay with me here,
All he did was make me a coffee. Didn't say anything extra, didn't strike up a conversation with me just to be friendly because that's what his boss told him to do, it felt genuine and natural. I felt like he understood me enough to just get me what I wanted with no hesitation in his mannerisms, voice, body language, etc. I don't know what this guys job is or his position he has at the hotel, but I felt like he loves his job and is happy to be here. At the end of the day it doesn't matter how you feel about your own job, but if a guest can perceive that you love your job and thinks you do too, then you are doing all the right things.

I run a lot of people under me. I deal with all kinds of noise sometimes, If someone is smart, you'd promote that guy and give him a raise. he seems like the kind of guy who can hold a confusion down and handle it without ever having it boil over into a problem. This team is lucky to have Russell. You need 10 of him.

I felt like a VIP when I wasn't looking to be treated that way. It takes a lot to impress me, but I know a good good guy when I run into them. This Gentleman is worth his weight in gold.

If you put him on the front lines of helping guests in your Hotel, the number of happy guests will increase and you will increase your revenue at this location. you'll start to notice an increase in about 6-8 weeks if you let a gentleman, like Russell handle your guests.

Sometimes it only takes one person to get the whole show on the road. Everyone will follow.

Thank you again sir! keep up the hard work!

Nice pool area and bars. No spa, rooms very dusty and bad smell and windows do not open. Lots of local noise. Very handy for airport and lots of quick places to eat within 10 minute walk.

Spent two workdays here working in a conference room. The hotel staff was very pleased to work with. The hotel lobby was nice and we'll decorated. The attached restaurant was good, but a bit pricey. All in all I was very satisfied.

Typical Marriott property. It's a large hotel since it has a convention center attached to it. They're currently undergoing renovations, which has caused some annoyances. Loud drilling in the lobby made check in irritable. The concierge lounge is closed and is temporarily located in the main lobby across from the front desk, which really feels awkward. They should have moved it to a meeting room or somewhere more private to avoid all the wandering eyes from onlookers.

It has the basics and is clean. I guess for a longer stay of four nights it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and one of the real basics would be a luggage rack so you don't have to be lifting your luggage to the bed level every time you want something in there. Otherwise, the lobby looks nice, has a pool, gym and a restaurant attatched.

We stayed here for the better part of a week.. and it was a great experience. It is central to universal, lots of great restaurants, and cbs studios (price is right). The staff is incredibly friendly. The daily grill just down stairs had amazing food and service which was nice and convenient. We were also big fans of the bar down stairs, the bartender fonz was our favorite but again everyone is awesome. The rooms are nice and clean and I really enjoyed how large the bathroom was.
The hot tub was a bit difficult to find at first but after asking I was glad it was more secluded than pool that everyone was going to. (as I got it to myself most nights hahaha) the only thing that maybe could have been fixed was the room key sometimes didn't work.. we would have to alternate keys.. it was probably something to do with the reader -we never got locked out so it's not a huge deal.. if anything it's nit picking. We had a great stay!

This place is great. Cindy is awesome. Terry and his entire crew are the best. And Kurt? What can I say? An outstanding person in all aspects of life. Thanks to all of you and I definitely look forward to seeing everyone again.

Being here for a month means you really get to know a business well. The beds are comfortable, the ac is great, and the staff is friendly everytime we interact! The cleaning staff does such a great job and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is nicer than it appear on the exterior. The lobby is nice but looks like they are working on some upgrades. The rooms are alright but show their age with a but of wear and tear especially in the bathrooms.

Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Great staff. Very good stay for the price and the area. The shower head wasn't great, but other than that I really enjoyed this hotel. Only four stars because the restaurant is overpriced and very 'meh' food and the pools (there are 2 of them) we're small and lackluster.
