The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was quiet, brand new, spotless clean, and had great technology. I would recommend staying here.

Great location and services. One of the best full service hotel in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good food at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the room AC unit was really weak and was running all night non stop. The TV didn't have a remote control. The only way to get breakfast is via expensive room service.

Located right across from the Burbank airport. It is a great looking hotel and very reasponable prices. Will definitely be back.

Conference center staff is on their game. The AV guy anticipated my needs very well (film crew). Food was just right. String beans were crisp! That's quite an accomplishment for a large banquet of this size. AC was perfect in the ballroom. Bathroom is nice, too.

I think all reviews should start with a person rating their Pickiness Factor; mine is probably a 6/10, my husband is a solid 11/10, forgive him, he's an engineer;). We really enjoyed our one-night's stay at this Marriott. We'd had a mediocre stay at the Hampton Inn in Palmdale (we like the one in Lancaster and the other Hamptons we've stayed in before though) the previous few nights. This Marriott has very comfortable beds, nice amenities and decor. My favorite aspect was the Thann bathroom products. Using them before bed is like having an all-night aroma therapy session! We'll definitely stay there again.

If it weren't for the horrible customer service our stay would have been good. First we arrived on Friday to find out that the room we reserved was unavailable. We were put in a suite and told there would be a $50 extra charge. When we got to the room, the carpet was soaking wet! We were then transferred to another room. The following night we asked for an extra blanket. After 3 calls and an hour and a half, we finally got it at 11pm. We asked if we needed to change rooms and were told again that there wasn't one available. Then on Sunday we walk in and were told that we needed to change rooms or have to pay extra for our entire stay. It is not our fault that the room we requested wasn't available! Then I walked into the bedroom from the living room, to find my child playing with a bottle of cleaning chemicals that was left on the nightstand! This is unacceptable. My child is a special needs child and does not understand that the chemicals are not good to play with. I will never return to this hotel again!

Amazing hotel. Great staff, beautiful rooms, love the pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Burbank.

The parking is a little complicated. The space in the convention center is wide and the proximity to the airport is very convenient.

We have had nothing but excellent service while staying at this property. Right across the street from BUR and easy access to just about anywhere in the Burbank area. This will always be my hotel of choice when flying in and out of BUR.

Convenient location, well appointed for business travel, and excellent service. My room air conditioner was not working and they very quickly checked on it and moved me to a new room.

The Mariott was spacious enough to provide for CTN.

Much better than the old Hilton! Fun place. Completely remodeled. Good service and food.

Went to employer hosted event at the hotel's hall. The lobby is very nice, with huge interactive touch screen displays for questions/maps. Staff was nice. Good amount of parking available but parking rates are crazy and they expected 14 bucks WITH validation.

We have stayed here for at least ten years, but learned that we could not use the concierge room for breakfast and respite unless we went "up another level." Ten years. Surprisingly disappointing, since we use this service at ALL other properties.

This hotel is so comfortable I wish I could live here! Parking is a bit expensive, but they may waive it for you if you're nice ;) There's Del Taco, McDonalds, Panda Express, and Subway right across the street which was extremely convenient for me.The beds are amazing and the customer service is great.

Excellent hotel and awesome service. Upon entry, the area demonstrates to be elegant. Employees are well dressed and the overhead music does not overwhelm. Service is greeted with a smile. Marriott, the name speaks for itself. You pay a premium but get a premium and even more comfortable stay.

I recently stayed there for an Event, and I was pleased. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The whole place was clean. I enjoyed the outside sitting area. The pancakes were good too!

Love their bar but got a bit of an attitude from 1 server when I asked where the restrooms were located. Must be having a tough day.

Parked there for the airport. No one on duty, very confusing where the overnight parking was available and was not

Ick! The accommodations need major renovations. I did enjoy the Starbucks and The Daily Grill and they were conveniently located near the lobby. Outside the room looked like a 3-4 star hotel. Inside the room looked like a 1. Overpriced! Employees are very nice but struggle to accommodate unique situations. For example, I made reservations for 4 nights and before my trip I needed to add another night on. They couldn t give me the same rate nor add it to the existing reservation. I ended up having a 1-night reservation and a 4-night reservation. Okay, but then I had to check out of my room at noon on that 1-night and wait until 3:00 to check in for the 4-night. Seems to me it could have been a little simpler than that.

Wow. Great property. I'll be back for the food and drinks before my next flight out.

Pretty good over all, love the Daily Grill, and hotel staff is excellent. Property is a little older, but they do a nice job in upkeep and rooms are comfy and quiet.

This is a FIVE STAR, resort. I marked it 4 Star because every time we come up for the Tremaine Dance Convention, the convention runs late into the night and there is very little time to get food for our dancers. If a restaurant could remain open or a few food trucks arrive would be great and even better if the hotel could suggest it to all venues as additional options.

Some rooms are great, some showing age. Food is good but limited choice and there's little quality food nearby.

Great location to grab a drink before heading to the airport or going up to your room, they have patio with a bar the perfect place to eat and drink outside near the airport

I loved my stay here. The staff was excellent and I loved my king size bed. The Netflix setup was especially accommodating. I had a bad first time experience with doordash and didn't receive my food. They paid for my dinner the next night with a bottle of wine. I truly appreciate there great customer service.

I went the the convention center for a must thai fight. There was plenty of space and security was respectful and professional. There were drinks offered, but the servers were slow. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. There was plenty of parking for the event.

It would be 5 stars if the concierge new where things were. Hire me instead.

The Marriott has a great location (walking distance from the airport), comfortable, clean rooms, and great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll look forward to staying here again.

Helpful Bell and valet staff up front, quick check in. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was quick and pleasant.

Very racist staff towards black.. I also ask a so called manager name Moses how can i speak to the supervisor employees drinking beer in there cars But i will get to the bottom of this

Great hotel friendly staff..?I lost my wallet on there property with over $1000 bucks in it. Front desk notified me it was turned in....Who ever found it and turned it in youre mama raised you right

The location is good if you are using the local burbank airport or visiting studios but it is far away from any of the main areas of interest in LA. The grill was ok. Food was nice but nothing was note worthy. Parking or walking around spaced out and rather confusing. Could use better signage for location of amenities.

While the elevator system may have been a bit of a learning experience getting to my floor, staff was really helpful and, just as conducive to a good stay, facilities were well-kept, visually pleasing and clean.

Nice hotel right by the airport, has a friendly staff, but the extra costs are a shame. Expect to pay for common free amenities at other hotels like free parking, WiFi, or continental breakfast. The hotel does feature a modern lobby that is very inviting to hang out in as well as two pools. They do have a restaurant, but it is a bit on the pricey side. I recommend checking out the Denny s across the street if you are looking to grab a quick bite to eat.

Just want to say the customer service is amazing! I had a issue with valet & my key. I love the way the manager Gareth handled the situation. He also was great with accommodating me with my stay. I would recommend anybody to stay here. It s not always about the money just the principle on how they handle small situations which is how you gain a consistent customer! Thank you

Rooms are small but service was excellent from all departments of staff. Great hotel if you need something convenient and close to the airport or interstate. Glad I stayed
