Very nice rooms with a very pretty and well designed convention centre

Right across from Burbank Airport, nice hotel but parking is expensive

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The outdoor pool setup is one of the absolute best and the location is ideal!

Didn't realize until I was leaving that I had been there before, a pretty long time ago, for The Foundations Forum heavy metal convention. Good f*ckin times!
I'm pretty sure the rooms, although nice , still look the same.

Very good Marriott in a good location. Rooms are nice and the staff was very friendly. Food at the Daily Grill was excellent.

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very clean with awesome sheets. There is no complementary breakfast, however, unless you are a rewards member with a high status. The staff is also very nice.

It's a full service Marriott right across the street from the Burbank Airport.

Having to have pick a friend up I got to see a good amount of how everything is. As far as what I could gather, they had taken excellent care of my friend during his short stay, parking was easy and the valet was very kind. Insanely soft beds.

My experience was great! I have no complaints. From reserving the room online to checking in to checking out, the whole process was a breeze! The hotel staff was very accommodating to my requests. The rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Came here for a work seminar. The venue was nice and clean the room we had seminar was very nice and comfortable. The food served was very delicious and filling. Service was great. Overall was a nice place.

Hreat service , courteous staff, good quality room and bed. the one thing I wish they didn't do is charge for parking. You're already paying for the stay. It would be a nice courtesy. Other than that I think it's a great Hotel.

Right next to best LA area airport: Burbank. Easy access to I-5 and other major thoroughfares. The hotel has a newer section and an older part. Ask for a room in the newer part. Restaurant is way over priced, and there is no complimentary continental breakfast: bummer. You have to pay for parking at a discount, but thats LA. Concierge/front desk staff is excellent.

Hotel was as expected. Unfortunately there was a hot water pipe that burst and the room we were changed to was not up to standard. Privacy curtain was missing, desk was not there, and a few other small annoyances!! Staff was good though.

This hotel has a nice big lobby with plenty gathering spaces. The meeting rooms are a little dated, but not bad.

Was here for AnimeCalifornia Had lots of fun. The hotel staff was very helpful and acomidating. Rooms are super clean and taken care of.

The bed was extremely comfortable....the breakfast and outside sitting/bar area was nice food was great but service not so much. Daily Grille was totally overpriced and rooms were outdated and very musty and dirty. Can look at the air conditioning vents and they were so dirty. Went to the gift shop because my child was nasally due to all the dirtiness and 8pills of NyQuil was $10 Parking was over priced. Location not the best. Have to say IWOULD never stay here again!!!!

Nicely renovated hotel. Super friendly and efficient check in. Crystal was awesome, made my daughter feel at home. Well appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds. Super fast room service. Only negative, no pay per view or DVD player. Thanks for a great stay!!

I just cannot say enough positive things about this property. I was in a very bad accident on Interstate 5 last Friday night in which my car was towed from the scene. I was 350 miles from home and needed to stay somewhere near a rental car place. I travel about 75% of the year for work and am a loyal Marriott customer. So i found this property, went there at midnight, explained my situation to the gentleman a the front desk. He was able to find me an upgraded room, used my points to pay for it and took a huge amount of stress off of my shoulders. Room was very nice, clean and roomy. The breakfast was also excellent, in fact is the best one i've had from any hotel since the Covid restrictions were put in place. I just want to say thank you for throwing some positive into a horrible situation.

I met a friend at the hotel restaurant for lunch, The Daily Grill. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely go back again.

Some nice improvements in the last few years. Would really recommend for conferences and business stays.
Not a holiday paradise as such.

Staff was courteous and there event I attended was handled with professionalism by the Marriott staff.

Thank you to the team here at Burbank Airport Marriott. In these crazy times service has surely been hit and miss at hotels and restaurants.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing, but all the staff were helpful and genial.

Old hotel, not updated, does not even have a USB port available anywhere in room. First room they gave us was dirty... and extremely loud for being family friendly. Second room had much build up and need major updates.

Came here for a business meeting, the restrooms we're clean and location was easy to find!

Hotel seems recently refreshed with a clean and modern look. Staff are friendly and almost always upgrade platinum members to a one bedroom suite. Conceriege lounge is decent for breakfast.

Beautiful and fantastic only problem is the A/C didn't work.

Extremely overpriced. Nice location, close to food sources except grocery. The airport is directly across the street and jet noise I thought would be a problem but never heard a single jet from inside our room. Once again extremely overpriced. We ordered dinner from the restaurant in the hotel and ate in our room. Our meal was simple being a BLT and salad so including tip which I do regardless of eating in or taking out was $65.00. We also grabbed a few things from the commissary and water alone per bottle was around $5.00 each. CRAZY expensive. Now I get it's California but come on it's not gold plated or shipped from some exotic land or even game from a ten million year old glacier. In fact it was Desani water.

Went here for a convention, the convention Center itself isn't too bad for maybe a 3k person event, anything more and you're ousting the space limits. Staff was kind and helpful whenever I interacted with someone, and there's a variety of food in walking distance.

Plenty of parking. It cost. Nice convention hotel. I ve stayed here a few times. Save a bit with being on the outskirts of LA. But close to the airport.

Clean rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Only complaint is there are no fans in the bathrooms.

Unusually quiet for such a large property. Very comfy bed!

I ate at the restaurant and went to a convention there and it was great.

Very comfortable conference facility. No Wi-Fi (may just have been my conference), but otherwise great. I'm a nursing mom and on my request for a private space to pump milk, they gave me a wonderful small, private conference room with a door that locks and it's own bathroom, which I had access to all day. I was floored by how accommodating they were!

Checkin was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very friendly. Room was better than average although the shower head should be replaced as multiple water spouts were clogged and there was only one other mode. The proximity to a.variety of restaurants was good, the pool appeared very nice as did the E.D.B restaurant, and the shuttle to the airport was prompt. The location was very good for service to/from Burbank airport.

Let me explain, It's a very Nice Hotel, However, Getting Someone to Answer The Phone When You Call Them From Off-Site...Is A Nightmare! Nobody Answers Any of The Extensions. Also, The General Number Gets Answered By Somebody Off Site And They Will NOT Provide You With An On Site (Inside) Number. You Literally Have to Drive There & Speak To Someone Face-To-Face! Luckily, I Was Nearby. Not Professional!!
