The front desk was super helpful each time I stayed. Nice area, and quiet. Can't complain about the rooms!

Lovely location as it's really close to the airport. The rooms are ok nothing fancy and in a bit of a need of updates. The bar area on the other hand is gorg. The fire pits are a nice addition for chilly nights and makes conversation cozy.

Small, security is very thorough, feels like an old fashion airport you get to ground walk to the plain and board front and back which speeds things up. Pretty easy to get around.

Not a modern airport but I enjoyed the short lines and relaxed atmosphere.

i wasn't at the hotel where all the hotel stuff was. i was at the hotel area next door where the convention and it was all convention people there so i can't say anything about the hotel.

I was staying for a convention. The place was well stocked and clean and the staff responded in a timely fashion which is always nice. Free breakfast and waters which is also very accommodating.

They kicked everyone out at 12pm!!! "Monsters of LA" was the event we attended....I was told there was no late check out for anyone at 11:55 am. I grabbed my belongings in a rush and was met at the door by a female hotel employee (1st pic, woman to the right) who was knocking on with a heavy fist and opening doors making sure individuals knew it was time to go. As I walked down the hallway 2 people with bags were looking for the stairwell to get out quicker because the elevators were crowded. As I arrived at the elevator I was greeted with a group who were forced out as well (2nd pic). Once in the lobby, it looked like check in at a college dorm but everyone was exiting. The valet staff was running all over the place but cars were piling up in front of the hotel (hence pics 3-6) because of this mass exodus. The crazy part is that they do not clean either of my rooms until until on average 4 PM each of the 5 nights we stayed here. Hell one night housekeeping knocked at 3:45 pm and we asked for 5 minutes allow us to exit for dinner and they would have freedom to clean accordingly. We left only to return to an uncleaned room? Check in is not until 4 pm and for us coming from the east coast that is a 7pm check in after a 6 hr flight. The staff at the front desk, valet and check in were exceptional and that is the only reason I did not give one

Went to a wedding here. Really cool chill spot but parking is crazy expensive. Even with validation it was $ 12 so keep that in mind when coming here.

Hotel rooms a bit dated for it's price, but 5 Star goes to the housekeeping and the ambiance of the lobby. Construction took place during visit so can't do compete review.

Beautiful hotel. Checking in was a breeze. I got the best pizza there, and I don't like pizza, it was a Hawaiian with Alfredo sauce! Best food ever! I recommend this hotel highly. Quiet rooms with all the amenities plus outside dining.

We had the best experience here! We had a trip to Universal Studios that I could have planned better. We got to the hotel around 930AM and they were actually able to check us in as they had the availability. We were even offered a lyft ride to Universal as the shuttle was booked. We had a nice view of the outside bar/grill that had fire pits going. We always pick Marriott hotels because they have the best mattresses! This location didn't disappoint. I also ordered room service around 10 PM and had their chicken pot pie which was more than enough for my nephew and me. It was delicious! The people at guest services, the guy near the door (inside) and the girl who brought up our dinner were all so nice and friendly. This has been my favorite Marriott stay so far! Also, everything was clean and more than enough towels! Super quiet area :)

was at Marriott Burbank for a conference over the weekend - great location (across the street from airport) rooms are huge and well maintained, nice restaurant (inside and outside), great pool area, and for conferences, the rooms are good sized, near to each other, and it was easy to get where you needed to go. Plenty of places within walking distance for a quick bite, and both downtown Burbank and Universal Studios are nearby. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Some remodeling done since last year and it shows - really lovely facility.

Conference Center event was well-coordinated with ample space!

One of the worst Marriott I ve ever stayed. Most of the cost went to the fancy lobby. I tried 5 times to reach the front desk and failed. The phone was old and noise. The coffee maker was antique and smelled. Disappointed as a Marriott experience.

This hotel is the perfect size for a medium convention. The staff have handled so many conventions that they were able to handle things smoothly and professionally. The space is fairly beautiful, the bathrooms were well maintained in spite of the huge volume of people who had to use them. The location is convenient- right across the street from the Bob hope airport. Parking is a bit of a mess and in my opinion they overcharge in that whole area.

I have stayed in several Marriott Hotels and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at one. The first thing that happened was the valet staff were more concerned about me moving my car in 15 min than welcoming me to the hotel and assisting me with check in. The only reason I am giving the hotel 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the front desk staff were so helpful and polite throughout my stay. The room and building was clearly out of date and needs updating (besides the pool and bar area). The TV we had was not HDMI compatible, and I was told other rooms were, but my room wasn't. Also, the cable continuously went in and out. There was an absolutely disgusting smell coming from the bathroom sink that made the entire room smell like mold/sewage. I had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the pungent smell from protruding through the rest of the room. I have stayed at so many Marriott hotels and I have always had above average experience, this was extremely disappointing.

Stayed for 4 days over Thanksgiving weekend. Dinner at hotel Daily grill was not disappointing. In fact the food was excellent.

Solid hotel, in a giant weird complex... but it's LA. Service is good and rooms are comfortable.

I m not sure why this hotel is rated so high. The rooms have old run down furniture and the bathroom vanity, mirror, and even the wall was damaged. I had to stand in a pool of water while taking a shower because of drainage problems. $21 for Parking for hotel guests is too high as well.

Clean building and nice staff, though bring you're own drinks and food it is a bit overpriced, I got a glass of coca cola and it was a little under $5, with that I could have got 2 bottles at a gas station.

Always high quality, the room was clean and neat. Location was perfect, right across the street from the airport, with no noise of airplanes. Would recommend this to anyone.

It is a really comfortable and nice hotel with many amenities but the shower head didn't work and I had to wait all day for my room to be ready. Really? Basic things that should always be checked and assured that are working, something that shouldn't even be a problem. Well congratulations you guys played yourselves.

Daily grill restaurant is a great place to have business meetings. The place is clean and service is fast. The food is also really good and they have an extensive menu so there is something for everyone.

Had an amazing stay at the burbank Marriot! Very wonderful people with very wonderful customer service! Room was well put together and the breakfast was amazing! This place was well worth the stay and dont forget to check out the on-site restaurant with bar called EDB (Eat Drink Be). Hope you have a blast if you decide tostay! Highly recommend!

CTNX is a disorganized mess, but the hotel has been great and the staff is incredibly helpful in navigating the convention madness. I think it would all fall apart if it wasn't for the hotel.

Very expensive, for a low quality room. Suprise Marriott charges for Wifi, fridge, extra towels and Parking! Not worth it...go elsewhere!

Beautiful and clean hotel. The outdoor lounge is modern and cool. It's withing easy walking distance of the airport if you don't have bags, but has a convenient shuttle if you do have bags. There are a few dining options and a Starbucks just across the street. The rooms were updated and comfortable.
