Very clean room and even though there was a boxing match in the ballroom of the hotel and an airport near by, it was not noisy at all! I was extremely impressed. The staff was very friendly as always with Marriott properties.

Great location, great Decor, very upscale looking, very nice outside bar and pool. Very professional and attentive front check-in staff and very nicely appointed rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

I went for the Monsterpalooza. Parking was difficult and the event, while enjoyable, was not particularly memorable. The Burbank Marriott was a good hotel and had an ergonomic layout. I would recommend it.

Let me just start off with saying that this hotel is not worth paying $250 a night for. Don t get me wrong, I ve stayed here over the last six years repeatedly because it s a convenient location and decently nice. Generally I stay here because of the convention center attached to it, but it s also just a short walk to the airport, so it s really handy. They recently updated the outside area, which includes a pretty nice bar that s a lot better then just the small bar they used to only have. The rooms however are still relatively dated, and for the price you re paying, the bathroom could be a lot better. This is more like a 3.5 star hotel that wants to be a 4 star. The pool is nice with some daybeds, but they could definitely move the hot tub to the nicer area, because the second pool looks like a forgotten area. Overall, I think if their prices dropped a little, I would actually stay here more, but convenience isn t enough for me.

The hotel is across the street from the airport and has several amenities which include an outdoor bar, pools, gym, and lounge. Despite the location, the noise from the airport is minimal. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff seem friendly. There are a few restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. I would consider staying here again.

Literally the worst experience EVER!

Literally the worst experience EVER!

After a long 8 hour drive, we arrived at 10pm to check in but were told we were at the wrong hotel. The person up front sent us to another Marriot about 15 minutes away.. When we arrived at this hotel, the person up front also informed us we were at the wrong hotel. This went on 2 more times before we finally demanded someone get to the bottom of this. 5 hours later we were finally able to check in to our room at 3am, which ended up being the very first hotel we went to. Basically they sent us on a wild goes chase for 5 hours and really all we wanted to do was to go to our room and go to sleep.

We informed the hotel manager the next day and she informed us she would issue us some Marriot Points for the inconvenience. Whatever.

It is now 3 months later and we are trying to use the points but are unable to! We have talked to 4 different representatives so far today and have heard different things from every person we have spoken with.

This is extremely frustrating and we have finally decided to just give up. This was the first and last time we will ever stay at a Marriot.

Very clean and great service, right across from Bob Hope airport so very convenient, lots of great food in walking distance, and a great restaurant in house. Stayed here for CTNX which was hosted here as well.

We came here to avoid July 4th fireworks in our neighborhood. The hotel is pet friendly and we've been coming here since we adopted our nervous little dog. My only complaint is the body wash/hand soap they carry is overpowering.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the view from our room was beautiful to wake up to every morning (9th floor). Nice area and inexpensive food places directly across the street.

Had a great time. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great fun for the kids. There was a poolside magician in the evening and he was fantastic! Room was comfortable, heated pool, and good food. Would enjoy coming back.

I will start by saying the staff here is incredible. They are all happy and eager to help you with anything. The rooms are hit or miss. Sometimes you have everything you need and sometimes you donr get washcloths. Overall I would recommend this place but their cleaning staff could stand to be a little more strict.

WARNING: Airport Parking Rules Have Changed!

I've parked at the Burbank Marriott for years (even before it was a Marriott) whenever I fly from Burbank Airport. When I went for a weekend trip to SFO, I parked my car there on Thursday night. In Marriott's defense, the sign did have updated prices (I went back today and checked), but when you've been doing something for over 20 years, you tend to only look for updates that stick out. That's on me.

When I got ready to leave on Sunday, I put my parking ticket in the machine and it brought up a total of about $56.00. The woman in the booth took my ticket away and told me that I would have to pay $84.00 since I didn't stay at the hotel. Again, the sign posted shows daily rates, but there was no indication that they've had a change in policy. I didn't see that on their website either.

Nothing can be done for me. But hopefully, this prevents someone else from making the same mistake. Park at VSP, folks.

Took my wife down to visit Universal studios, We landed at 2200. The night staff was amazing. When we arrived, the young lady (can't remember her name) asked if we were celebrating anything. We had found out about a week before the trip my wife is pregnant. She upgraded us for free, from a standard room to a suite as way of saying congrats. The room was clean, large and was very comfortable. The hotel was quite, we didn't hear any planes taking off or landing (crazy considering it was right next to the airport). Room service was amazing, they brought up extra coffee and a microwave! Even the shower was nice and tall (being 6'2 many hotel showers I have to duck to get my head under the shower head). The shuttle driver to and from both the airport and the park was amazing, got us there fast but safe. Even bringing us back the last day we were there without a reservation. Over all the experience here was amazing. Clean and comfortable room, wonderful staff, quite over all. My only 2 issues were the price of food in the hotel itself. Breakfast between the 2 days was $100, while not thrilled about it, I would recommend doing the breakfast delivered to your room. The second issue the hotel had no control over. We arrived when the hillside was on fire, due to the wildfires the pool and hot tub were closed. Was really looking forward to a long soak after being in the park all day. Overall I will recommend this hotel every day of the week, we will be staying here again next time we come down to visit.

We stayed two nights at their Concierge suites and we loved it. It was a perfect setting for a family of 4 with 2 little kids. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast and dessert, staff is nice and facility is in great condition and it was a perfect stay for our Universal Studio vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for families! As we stayed in December, we didn't use pools but it looks nice!

This hotel is pretty bad for being a Marriott. Paying thousands of dollars to stay in a room with a terrible TV connection and WiFi I have to pay for to get in my room because I refuse to pay for their membership service. No wash clothes in our bathroom when we first came into our room and frequent electrical problems. I d say my only decent experience was the room service. Always willing to help and very friendly. Wouldn t recommend staying here if your looking for something worth your money.

My experience... Front desk staff was very friendly, but failed to mention what tower I was in and ended up having to search for my room. Once in my room, I discovered various items left behind from the previous guests. I found two tooth brushes, used glassware, two paper cups filled with water, a used woman's razor, used bath scrubber and soap bar, opened bottle of "baby oil gel", and an open tube of some hair product with some of it smeared on the bathroom counter top. I wasn't sure if the sheets were clean when I found a small black hair in them. The front desk apologized and granted my request for another room. I'm writing this review after I had to kill a rather large cockroach running across the bathroom floor in my new room. Quite disugusting if you ask me.

I'm currently in the middle of my stay. We have a suite, and it was really nice, clean, and comfortable. Lots of closet space with drawers under the counter of the TV's and coffee area. The staff has been nothing short of very accommodating, especially over Thanksgiving weekend. I had access to the concierge lounge as well, and the food is also really good. First night they had teriyaki chicken, rice and vegetarian egg rolls and the fridge is well stocked with beverages. Thanksgiving night, they did have Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. The breakfast and dessert spread is also really great.

This what we found when we got into the room. Really not sure about their cleanness and policy they claimed especially during covid-19. Two stars for the location. Based on the online reviews, we were disappointed...

Very nice lobby and downstairs area. Excellent food and wine at the on-site restaurant for dinner, I didn't like what I had for breakfast though.

Check-in was easy and fast. After seeing my room I asked if they could provide me another room and unfortunately they were oversold so that wasn't an option.

My room was on the 3rd floor right in front of the elevator which I didn't like, luckily I didn't hear a bunch of noise all night. The room itself was very small and plain - minimal amenities and decor - it felt more like a 2 star hotel. The toilet wouldn't completely flush and the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great. I didn't have a restful sleep unfortunately but I can't necessarily blame that on the Marriott. The good news is that the hotel was close to where I needed to be in the morning and it was only for a night. Valet parking was $26 and stuff parking I think is $21. Location is very close to Burbank airport.

I stayed in this hotel quiet a few days, and all the days I stayed there I would give 5 star everyday. Staffs there are so friendly and always smiles, especially the front desk. They are awesome!! If you stay there, make sure you get the lounge option, so you can taste their desserts!! Cheesecake, carrot cake, and brownie are my favorite.

The hotel itself is very clean and very well-run. The room was very spacious and had all of the amenities we looked for. Even with the convention center right next door, it was very quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere. I had no problem with the hotel, room or staff, as each person we spoke with was very nice and always had a smile on their face.

There was a reason why I am giving this review a 4-star instead of 5 stars. We had a reservation for a Saturday night to celebrate my wife's birthday. Once I booked the room, I called the front desk and spoke to someone asking if we can get an early check-in and if there were any frills that they can offer for my wife as a surprise. They told me to call back the morning of our reservation to see if an early check-in was available. I called back the next morning, spoke to someone very nice on the phone and they offered an early check-in and also offered a piece of carrot cake and white wine for my wife. She mentioned that it would be in our room (hopefully) before we got into our room. Unfortunately, for the whole stay, we did not receive the cake or wine.

I do not want to take away from the great ambiance and clean hotel, but that missing offer of a cake and wine to celebrate my wife's birthday tainted the trip (for me) a little. We will definitely return when in Burbank, but maybe next time, I'll bring the cake and wine myself.

We stopped by the hotel one weekend for a family dinner at the Daily Grill. This time we decided to look around the rest of the hotel during our visit. The hotel is across the street from the Hollywood Burbank Airport. The hotel has several large parking lots. There are several banquet rooms on the property. We saw two outdoor pools. There was one large outside bar. We met the Front Office Supervisor Richard Martinez. I am Life Time Platinum Member with Marriott this is one of the few hotel that I have never stayed at. We have eaten at their restaurant many times. Our server in the Daily Grill was Grace who was very good.

Room spacious new and clean. Fantastic tv set choices. Wifi free only if you subscribe Merriott Reward program. Reception personnel really kind and competent. A bit of moisture smell along the aisles (need a bit of refurbishnent?). Very close to Burbank Airport. Can be spotted from distance should you don't know the way

Horrible. I came into town for business and was very disappointed with this hotel. Asked for a king size room, received two doubles. The same piece of hair (not mine) was in the shower for the entire week which shows me they didn't clean it, I wanted to see how long it would be there and it was in fact stuck on the wall for an entire week. Also, they did not give me more shampoo and conditioner so they clearly didn't pay much attention to the bathroom. The TVs are absolutely horrible, very outdated. In the past few years I've been to hotels, I have never once had to pay for WiFi and this hotel charges you $5.95 per NIGHT! I was appalled. There are 6 of us coming back into town for 2 weeks and we have chosen to stay at a different hotel because of how horrible of an experience we all had the last time. I would NOT suggest this hotel to anyone.
