Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel Review

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean. The only downside for me was the room was very small.

I've been coming to this Marriott every year in November for CTN and it's always been a good experience. The hotel has been excellent at providing services for the people attempting the convention. Every year CTN seems to keep getting bigger, maybe starting to outgrow the venue but so far it's still big enough.

A plus for the location is how close it is from the Burbank airport and a few ok restaurants right across the street.

Our Valentine's weekend stay was impeccable! Jillian went over and above with her customer service, making sure our reservations were cared for. Thank you for your generous amenity you sent to our room. Mr Turner and I enjoyed it very much. Anthony was very friendly and took care of our jeep at valet and kindly took our luggage to our room. Thank you again to all whom had come in contact with us that weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff members we came across were quite friendly, knowledgeable, extra helpful, and courteous. Our rooms were kept clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeping staff -- they even organized our kids' mess of scattered toys neatly and adorably! Our only continual issue was with the room and parking key cards, which malfunctioned regularly, requiring repeat trips to the concierge desk. Apparently they have "demagnetization" issues which are made worse when stored near cell phones or credit cards. The staff reassured me they were getting a new system in place soon, so hopefully by our next visit that will be a thing of the past. Thanks, Marriott!

Very close to the airport with a free shuttle to and from the hotel slash airport. Decent restaurants on site, plenty of other fast options for food across the street. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms that could be updated, but no major complaints - it's a Marriott, and it's hard to go wrong with one of their hotels.

The managers Antony and Alina keep charging , we got overpaid we didbute, both of them they treat us like garbage, we had wi go both they were lisining to our private conversation otherwise how Antony knew we had problem with Amererican express ,they bother lying how much they charge us. They

I came to the Marriott for the 'Son of Monsterpalooza 2017' event. The hotel and convention center were sparkling clean, and very accommodating. I would gladly come back.

We had a great stay! Garrett was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfy, big TV. Breakfast from Daily Grill was great.

Stellar service.....clean, quiet comfortable, good food.....a wonderful place to stay in LA!

Staff was overly courteous and exceptional. The property was well maintained, clean, and idyllic. They do charge outrageously for every little thing. However, the staff was so wonderful that you really dont even mind.

I come her once a year for the Jamboree Genealogy conference and Marriott always does a great job to help us out. Their staff are always courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Conveniently close to Bob Hope airport, and the studios just a short distance away. Hotel l has a decent convention facility. I haven't spent a night here, but have attended several events. More than competent facility with a very nice staff.

Wonderful and extremely professional customer service.

The Marriott in Burbank is a good hotel with a really good restaurant (The Great Grill). It's conveniently located across the street from the Burbank airport.

The staff here make you feel special. The hotel is beautiful (just newly remodeled) and the outdoor atmosphere is amazing!

Parking cost $21 ($26 with valet), and it seemed like a nuisance that I was there to check in.

Jose at the front desk lost our reservation, said we were lying even though we showed him the expedia confirmation email, then sent us to the wrong hotel! Apparently the "people in the back" lost our reservation. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place; very unprofessional.

Accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. HATE SPEAKMAN SHOWER HEADS. Water pressure in hotel is fine, but as usual, just a drizzle comes out of the shower. A bad shower can ruin a whole day.

Easy check-in & checkout. The desk people were helpful and professional.The roo m was clean, large enough for two to stay comfortably.

It's a beautiful place but the pool is only in the sun for like 3 hours. 2-5pm

We enjoyed their Whirlpool Jacuzzi. Wasn't to hot like most. . Pool said heated but lil to cool for me for a night swim in Oct. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front check-in very nice decorated. And having two open Bars, one located right outside the hotel front left. The Other one is right inside. Not a bar drinker but very nice and cozy.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service in the restaurant was good, though my steak was a bit overcooked (still tasty).

Nice room, but why no refrigerator or microwave? We drove all through Louisiana and Texas two years ago and each and every hotel had them. I guess Los Angeles has to catch up with the deep south.

Stayed in a king room, top floor, overlooking the mountains. Very nice view. Bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were duck down, spouse has asthma and it didn't bother her at all.

The service was really good. They accommodated nicely to my huge group of people. We all loved our stay there, this weekend.

I went to a convention here and the location was nice and spacious for a smaller venue. The hotel lobby was super trendy looking, and the parking was adequate. Across the street was a huge parking terminal, and I loved the convince of close parking without an arm and a leg.

Attended a conference here, but did not stay. Conference rooms are nice, expandable, pleasant environment. Restaurant is overpriced. Banquet food was decent.

My stay at the Marriott was great the hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the food was good.

Very, very close to the airport. Surprisingly quiet, but traffic is a nightmare given all the one way streets.

Therev were super friendly staff members, Swift service and nobody bothered me in my room...
plus it was sunny there and clean room

We have stayed here twice, and we loved it each time. It is modern, very clean and was nicely decorated for Christmas (garland in the restaurant and trees in the lobby). But the five star is for the staff corrective action when we needed something. For example we needed a crib for our baby and they didn t have any available when we arrived, but the next day early morning they knocked on our door with the crib. Will come back again.

Went to the CTN Animation Expo in the hotel. It has nice buildings, but I wpuld havr liked more space for the events areas.

Location is amazing, very close to Burbank Airport and 40 minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport. Parking is not free , $21/night for self and $26 for valet.
Executive lounge is smaller than other Marriott. Breakfast buffet is just ok.
You can order food from Daily Grill which located at walkable distance.
On site open bar is the main attraction. This bar is busy and service is fast. You can enjoy some of great cocktails with flatbread pizza ,sliders and taco.Selection of food is limited but good.
Nice selection of beers and other beverages make it a must go place.
I was upgraded to a suit. It s spacious. Bathroom has room for improvements.
Swimming pool is small but you can relax in little cabana there. Gym is good enough.

I had an amazing room, and was treated very nicely during my stay.

Extremely close to the airport and remarkably quiet. We had a room directly across from the elevators and the bar outside was packed with a loud partyand didn't hear them once inside the room (or airplanes for thst matter). The King room was somewhat small and everything was fairly standard. Much better than paying half the price to stay at a fancy place downtown and it is in close proximity to many attractions.

Rooms were nice and clean as usual. As property is located near the airport, depending on the side you select, you will hear the jet noise. Being near the front if the building the bar produces good amount of social gathering and laughter. Otherwide, clean rooms with hospitable staff with great location for next day flightout is an ideal location.

I only came by for the food but it was pretty good. Close to the airport and clean.

I parked my car here for more than a week. The rate was excellent. It was a little bit confusing as the designated spot was actually on the back section but was not really marked. However very happy overall.

Great place for our annual health and safety Congress. Food was great, staff was great. Beautiful accommodations.
