The staff was very helpful and quick to help, the event we attended was well catered and orderly. Impressed.

Nice rooms in great shape. Attentive and helpful staff. Very active hotel, with people always in the lobby and outdoor bar area to chat with.

This establishment is one of a kind! Me and my family stayed for a week while we Vacations in LA and Disney. The staff was more than helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were awesome and fairly priced. The pool was clean and had fresh towels. And don't get me started about the rooms. We all were very happy with the whole trip! Thank you for the amazing experience, we will be returning.

Two decent restaurants, three bars, two good sized pools, a cardio room, a weight room and a jacuzzi plus well-appointed rooms. Limited shuttle support (Bob Hope airport and Universal Studios)

They take really good care of you here, but you pay for it. Wifi is 10 bucks a day, which I find ridiculous nowadays. If you want to print out your boarding pass, the computers are free for 15 minutes, but you have to input your credit card info.

Clean and comfortable airport with top class staff.

Don t stay here if you like air conditioning, because the whole building needs new AC. 78 degrees in the room all day.

I have nothing but good memories at this hotel, will definitely stay here again.

I had an issue about refund at Burbank Marriott.
Accounting office ( Mr. Caesar ) solved the problem. He was very helpful and professional when solving this problem.

Very nice hotel every thing was very clean and staff was very attentive.

Rooms are alright. No safes in room. Not all rooms have refrigerator. Bar and pool area is very nice. Service is great.

Saw James Harden walk by while chilling by the fire at the outdoor bar.

Good location, very large rooms. They started refurbishing. They are deciding in the food or raw or burnt the meat.

Very convenient to get to from many different ways. I stayed here when my flight was delayed by 8 hours. Ended up staying for an event. The venue was well kept and the staff was professional and courteous. Lots of parking and easy entry into the event. Would definitely recommend!

Limited parking that costed us $10 for 2 hours of parking. The hotels is clean and well maintained.

Great hotel, loved the lobby sitting area. Staff are very kind.

I love the whole restaurant, the pool and the employee service I will go back if God wants.

Suite needed upgrading. Pullout sofa was a mess. Not even a bit comfortable. Bar in middle of back and mattress needed to be replaced. Go to memory foam as you have in your Springhill Suites locations. Shower was luke warm at best.
Complained to front desk, no other options for rooms. Won't stay here again

Great experience overall!
Comfy beds, convenient location and clean.
One of the outdoor pools even has a large screen TV and played the movie Frozen at night. Family had a great time.

When driving up you think eh, but the inside and the rooms are amazing, clean, and best of all comfortable.

The service was great they treated us so nice. I would refer this hotel to everyone.

Great rooms and the food in the restaurant is killer.

I attended the annual CTN Expo there and im very comforted by the amount of security that the Marriiott had for the event. Parking wasn't so bad as many may think, and the facilities were kept well cleaned.

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are clean and the hotel has tons of facilities.

Rooms are old and very dated and it just kind of feels a bit grimy. The lobby is nice and the restaurants and overall vibe is pretty cool. There is a very strong chemical fragrance when you walk into the hotel and the rooms stink pretty badly really just smells kind of gross. Maybe like a faint hint of sewage.

I like this place for meetings and the staff are great

Nice place, comfortable, nice people working there, but NO HOT WATER!! Before you check in, be sure to use a bathroom and see if the water gets hot!

I just used the parking lot for airport parking but the valet was friendly and it was a great experience

Quite disappointing compared to other Marriotts. Paid parking. No complimentary breakfast. No microwave in the room.

I have only stayed at this hotel for one night. But my company has regular events at this location. It is well kept. They recently renovated the lobby. All in all the service is great as one would expect from Marriott.

I went for an event and didn't really like the way I was being treated

It's nice enough, but lots of little flies and mosquitos in public areas and restrooms.

There was an issue with my credit card being charge instead of the bill being charge to my room and the manager in the resturant took care of everything right away. I really appreciate this because the manager in the lobby was no help.

Amazing hotel, large rooms, pricey parking and breakfast

This is very nice the lobyy and the grill but the rooms are enough ... Not very nice and not very ugly .. I was in room 547 and there was always a lot of noise outside

Magnetic card lock on the doors failed daily. Be prepared to be locked out of your own room.

I stayed here for a weekend while attending a conference. We had meetings and events until midnight most days, we had to call room service twice after midnight for towels and pillows, and they were very helpful and polite. All of the staff was very helpful.

I stayed here for a work trip. First if all $21 for parking is a rip off. The hotel has seen better days, the furniture is worn, the wifi was undependable, couldn't even connect with a cable, and the cable kept going out.
The upside is that there's a little strip mall across the street to get coffee and food. Other things such as shops are within a reasonable driving distance and right next to the airport.

Location is great if you need something close to Burbank airport or visiting some of the companies nearby. Exterior and common areas of the hotel are very nice. In comparison, the rooms and, especially the hallways are a little shabby. Other than that, I had a great experience at this Marriott.

I was there for a 3 day meeting, but I didn't stay there. It is a beautiful venue and they now have an outdoor bar area that ia really nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The fire extinguishers on our floor were all expired and probably all of them in the hotel since the FD is supposed to come annually. Some of the worst customer service from the girl at the front desk with such an attitude. The pool and hot tub was so over chlorinated that I threw away my suit and a pipe was leaking some bad smelling gas by the pool. Room was clean and comfortable.

Post renovations, this place is far better and set up well for conventions and meetings. Easy to get around and the staff is great.

Great outdoor bar area with solid food menu. Much more then a typical "hotel bar" this one would actual rival a standalone bar.

It is a good hotel and big enough for everyone my only suggestion is to add a hot tub

Nice hotel, walking distance from the Burbank airport. Pool and jacuzzi year round. Two pools, the nicer of which was being remodeled. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

I visited the Daily Grill for a work function and had a wonderful time. They had good food and a nice private space for our retirement lunch.

Comfortable rooms, easy airport shuttle, nice little restaurant/grill with a decent happy hour
