If you do not speak English you cannot hire a trip with this company since they do not take care of anything and it is you directly in the language of the country that you have to speak with each provider they have hired.
The only time I would recommend buying a trip through them would be if the price of this was half that of you doing it on your own since in any other case it does not compensate because they do not help you at all and also to the minimum thing you want to modify They will triple your cost.
