We are a group of 10 people who booked a cruise through the logitravel website. Reservations were made consecutively one after another, because the website does not allow them to be made all at once, and they charged me different amounts (as I was making reservations, the price went up). Previously I consulted this matter with a Logitravel agent and he gave me assurance that although the website charged me different amounts for the same cruise, then they would make us a price compensation, because neither the agent could make the joint reservation to ensure all the same price. This commitment has not come true today, the agent tells me that his superiors have not authorized this price compensation. We will reconsider in the future to contract again with Logitravel; We are very disappointed, I have had better advantages in other well-known travel websites.
