Worst travel service on the internet I've seen. Is a gotcha. They change dates when you are about to buy, they do not pick up the phone, the answers are computerized and impersonal. A lack of sensitivity and impressive respect. Disappointment. I will never use this platform again.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LOGITRAVEL !!! Booked a week in London from 1 to 8 August 2018 with my family including the Transfer (paid 159 return / return) from the airport -> hotel both on the outward and return journey, did you see someone .....? ?? I called "Holiday Taxis" the company with which logitravel collaborates for this service in London and after more than half an hour of waiting they replied telling me to take a taxi and that they would then repay me by sending the receipt. The exact same thing at the re-entry, imagine how I could be inca ......! Upon returning I sent all the documentation that was requested by logitravel (100 crowns on the way and 100 on the way back, basically paid 2 times) and made dozens of phone calls, well! still nothing today, I feel really SCAMED !!!
