Incompetent without shame. I have booked a package trip for my birthday; 4 sections of my trip are with RyanAir. Formalizing the reservation I have marked all 4 flights with Priority Boarding. March 18 (!) I received my first leg boarding pass and it is WITHOUT PRIORITY BOARDING. The Logi operator has explained to me that at the time of communication with the airline this service was no longer available. And what right does Logi have to sell and charge for services that it cannot guarantee to Clients? To make up their mistake they have added a 10 kg suitcase to check in for free. But this does not work for me: I have to check in my little backpack and look for it at the airport scale synth. I will never use Logi services again and do not advise anyone. Yes, you do - take a photo of each screen during the reservation, in order to justify the services requested.
