I often booked with them, sometimes there was something that was not quite right but almost normal. The last trip was a disaster. A real adventure. The lawyer asked for compensation of 5 thousand euros but nothing. And they also teased me by giving me (after three years) 41 euros that they had taken from my credit card and saying it was a small refund and instead they were mine. No comment
