WEEKS ago that I try to contact them, in all possible ways, to confirm if they have received my request to refund a reservation for April 9, I do not say that they have to pay me back because I understand the situation, but at least an email type "we inform you that we have received your request ..." With Ryanair I had no problem with this process for another reservation that I had even for a later date. They have not lived up to the circumstances as other companies have known and this will mean that when all this happens, disgruntled customers will no longer trust this company
