Bad agency.
We hired a full pack of trip to Greece in which they were coming for 2 days in Athens.
Well the hotel is located in the WORST neighborhood in Athens (Omonoia)
Bands of Pakistanis roam at ease, a neighborhood that gives real terror and in which you can forget to leave or return at night.
We hired a freetour and little face put the guide when we told him the neighborhood .. in fact he told us that two of his acquaintances had been robbed with violence.

If you are going to continue putting the hotel in the pack (the hotel itself is not bad) the least they could do since it is their job, is to warn you where you are getting.
