Good Morning;

Today I would like to share an experience I have had with Logitravel.

The first thing was to hire a trip to Paris with them, before the alarm state went off, after informing them that it was impossible to leave my home to take any flight, the company urged us to skip the alarm state to take the flight, which we did not do, and we claimed that what they were telling us was incitement to crime; With what we claimed the amount of the trip, to which they answered us, that they returned it to us in a travel voucher, which was not funny.

We wrote emails again asking for the money we had paid and we no longer received any reply, either by email or by phone.

Well, we finally stuck with it and took another travel package spending the voucher.
To our surprise, the website took my passenger data and when we checked-in online, we see that a piece of my last name and the second last name appear, we do not even speak, total that we have to pay for the change of name of the ticket.

We speak with the return airline Iberia and they inform us that as there has been a 30-minute delay on the return flight, we could either claim the money and find another flight, or speak with Logitravel, and that they will request the correct surname change .
Total that we call Logitravel again, they do not pick up the phone, and send them e-mails again, to which they finally answer the following:
Please send us the name of the person to correct the ticket, and the correct last name.
And that we have to accept Iberia's 30-minute flight delay.
We indicated that if they change the name, we would accept the delay without problems.

Well, after a while they write us again and tell us that the last name is very long and that they do not change it, and that we have to pay 200 for a new ticket.

We indicate that we are not willing to pay for the new ticket, and that since we have to accept the delay of the Iberia flight, and we have spoken with them previously, and they have indicated that we can claim it, but that we would have to do it through Logitravel and We do not accept it, we ask for the amount of the ticket.

To which they answered, that no, they are not going to give us anything back, because in the end the acceptance of the change is theirs in the last resort, and that since we are already on the trip, they do not give us anything back.

Total: A PANDA OF THIEVES

is the first time I decided to hire the services of logitravel and I have to say it has been unbeatable, so far everything has gone very well, without surprises and with a clear and remarkable attention. Now we just have to wait for the moment to enjoy the desired holidays and hoping they are as we expect.

Because of him, we almost lost the trip. In the last bridge we bought two ferry tickets, it turns out that for a labor issue we had to change the date to a later day, after contacting Logitravel to communicate the incident, we were dizzy with different phone numbers, communicating by email that the boat was complete and we had to buy a new ticket. It is not the first time we bought a ferry ticket and we know that the shipping companies emit the same 'open', this means that it does not matter if you leave a different day or a different time, it is not necessary to even communicate it. To our surprise for the email received from Logitravel, we decided to call back and again they informed us that there was no possibility of change. So we decided to call the shipping company directly to see what really happened. We were frozen, when the shipping company told us that at no time they had contacted them, that there was no problem in leaving a day later because 'as we knew' the tickets issued open. Definitely not hire again with them, as they have knowingly acted in bad faith, not solving the problem, dizzy with calls to different phones, and finally lying about the occupation of the boat. Having to solve the problem ourselves, I hope that this comment will help anyone who decides to contract with them, there are many pages online, and this can annoy you the holidays with all that implies.

As an English speaker I found the site rather difficult to manage as every page had to be translated separately and then many words were still in Spanish. The date I required to travel took 3 attempts to download. It took me over 5 minutes to add my Nationality as I didn't immediately recognise the Spanish for UK! Other than that I managed to book my journey.

They sold me a return ticket without a place and when I wanted to go back I couldn't because I didn't exist and I had my 2 girls waiting very hard for my worst experience, so my daughters were waiting for me and not being able to get home. ... I had to buy 2 tickets and they cost me 500 euros. Nefarious ... and on top of that I am still waiting for answers from them ... Incredible nor a mention of anything they have done

This company when it started was very good in customer service hour as you have a problem with them, you will eat sun @ the brown.

Never more! We made a reservation for a hotel in Varadero and they put us in another one of a lower category, without a pool and that was not on the beachfront. We even spoke to the hotel manager and he said that it had happened to them before with Logitravel. We made a claim and they wanted to compensate us by returning a ridiculous 10%. In short, a scam.

A lot of EYE with LOGITRAVEL .... !!!! If you have any problem of change or return of reservations, you will be satisfied !!
We bought 9 plane tickets and made an error in the reservation, which was with Vueling. We spoke with Vueling on the same day and they made the refund to Logitravel (confirmed by mail). Well, after 10 days and a thousand calls to LADROTRAVEL (new definition of Logitravel) they still have the cheek to keep saying they do not have a refund from Vueling, when they have Vueling's mail confirming it.
There I leave it, so that people know how things are going.
I have also dedicated to see opinions in networks (tripadvisor and others) and before booking with them I invite you to see what people say about them.

I will not contract with LOGITRAVEL again since all the customer service during the pandemic has been through a form on their website and the response obtained was a "type" response provided by a machine and without being able to speak to any natural person.

LOGITRAVEL SCAM
I canceled a hotel reservation and they sent me the confirmation of the cancellation, indicating that they had returned the 629 euros by the same means that I made the payment. The amount of the reservation was 649 euros, applying the cancellation fee of 20 euros. They attached the credit note corresponding to the amount returned that has never been paid to me. Now I receive mail from them, after 19 days, telling me that they have generated a travel voucher for 629 euros, ABOUT A RESERVATION THAT I CANCELED IN TIME AND FORM and informing me that they had proceeded with its return. IT IS A FRAUD IN EVERY RULE, according to Law.

All good until we have had a problem with the car rental. Impossible to contact by phone, even sending messages and e-mail. Which does not happen when you have been in the reservation, since they call you and do not leave you alone until you finally close the reservation. Non-existent customer service if there are problems. So be careful!

We buy through Logitravel some boat tickets with cancellation insurance and for reasons that do not apply, but if the policy contemplates them, we will not be able to use said tickets, when contacting the shipping company they tell me that they cannot do anything and They refer me to Logitravel, they tried to contact them by phone and it is impossible, I cannot get anything by email, so they came to me in the offices, after much insisting they attend to me and deceive me again, they tell me that they will study my Book and they will call me, and they do so, about the call, to send me to another email address that is impossible to access.
In short, a disaster, do not buy anything through this operator, they do not take care of anything, they seem to me to be scammers, so I will choose to report the corresponding legal way.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR TICKET (BOOKING WITHOUT INDICATION OF THE DOUBLE NAME).
TO MY WRITTEN REQUEST FOR THE INTEGRATION OF THE NAME, AS WELL AS TO BE EXPLAINED WHICH WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND THAT I HAD TO PAY NEWLY ALL THE TRIP (INCLUDED HOTEL), I REALLY REFERRED THAT A REPORTING TO THE AIR COMPANY WERE NOT SPECIFIED TO A NEW WRITTEN FORMAL REQUEST THAT THE ONLY SIGNALING HAS NO WARRANTY OF EMBARKATION.
TRAVEL TRAVEL, LOST MONEY. THE WRONG RESERVATION WAS NOT HIT THEM, BUT STAYS THE FACT THAT GIVES COMPLETE INFORMATION AND CLEAR ANY OF THEIR DILIGENCE, WHICH IS MISSED AND REDUCED THE POSSIBILITY OF FINDING ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
IN EVERY CASE YOU NEED TO READ CAREFULLY WHAT YOU BOOK, WITHOUT GIVING FOR DISCOUNT NO SERVICE (IN THE PACKAGE BOOKED - NOT BY ME BUT BY A PARTICIPANT OF THE GROUP - MANCAVA THE BAGGAGE BY STIVA AND THE TRANSFER).
