Excellent. We had 3 flights to go to Iceland and in the second, we were delayed (Ryanair's fault) and we lost the third flight.

We got in touch with Logitravel and they solved everything for us. They put us another flight the same day, they paid us all the expenses, they got in touch with the hotel to warn that we would arrive later and with the car rental!
