Staff are rude. I think they don t like their job, every time I saw them, they seem unhappy. They also don t care about job, they are making mistakes and giving us wrong information. As the residents here, we have to pay for their mistakes

Everything was handled very quickly and professionally the staff members we very attentive to any issues I had, all my questions were answered by Diohom he was very kind and patient I definitely recommend anyone to do business with them 10/10

Best property management company that I have dealt with so far. Not perfect but perfection in this type of industry is impossible. They are attentive and have support staff but still small enough where you don't fall through the cracks. They have managed a property where I own an apartment for about 1.5 years now and have helped stabilized it as well as fix a lot of pre-existing issues. Thank you!

Superb Management Company. Very professional and time oriented. The Estoppel Person was Super cool. Tania was super swell and sweet and the managers were super down to earth people with a head on their shoulders. super rare in this industry! I feel at ease that they are the ones managing my unit.

Worse company ever, the property managers are a mess, the staff is a mess, they won't return your call, they won't answer your emails. They won't resolve any issues, the front office staff is the only person who can talk to, and she WON'T HAVE ANY ANSWER FOR YOU, if I could give less than 1 star I would do it. I never had such a bad experience before.

no star for this horrible company. they wouldnt help or comply with simple process. I basically asked for the info of one of the members of the HOA and they hanged up the phone multiple times.

Super Cool Company and Very quick responses. had a bump in the road and they were very understanding, and helped me out to the best of their ability. Customer Service was through the roof.

Great team that has come a long way. One of the better property management places I have been to. Theyre all pretty welcoming and understanding. Dio is very knowledgeable, not only with property management but also customer service and many other skills. 10/10

I felt so strongly about their performance, I had to log into my other account. Super awesome people. Understanding and truly awesome. Have had many issues with previous management companies, but this one seems to be the right fit.

Great company with high standards some others should follow. I was assisted by Diohom who was very understanding of my situation and gave knowledgeable and expert advice. Recommending anyone I know who requires the assistance.

Lack of compassion for owners and potential owners. Submitted an HOA application to a condo that had experienced massive water damage after it was shown to me. Property management refused to return not even a penny of the $160 fee. All right after Christmas. On top of it all they now know exactly what s wrong with the unit for free since I paid the inspection. Stay away from these people.
