I purchased a car yesterday from Gavan Bass at Lithia Toyota and I have never been treated with such respect and genuine kindness. He wasn t trying to simply make a sale, but he honestly cared about what I wanted. Gavan listened to my wants and he expeditiously found the perfect car. Everyone there entirely made my day!! I was/am so very pleased.
I believe that Lithia sets a standard with their customers and integrity is their ultimate goal.
