Thanks Shelby. I appreciate your follow up. Thats what makes Lithia a great business. Russell was our service advisor. Dave also helped with an adjustment to correct our final bill and even went outside to pull the car up for my wife so she didn't have to go out in the cold. Great service! Thanks Dave and Russ.
