Andrew Elliot really helped us out. My wife and I were in the market for a van and Andrew did everything in his power to make sure we were able to get it. When my wife had some concerns about some stiffness in the response of the van, Andrew took the vehicle to the service department and they were able to loosen up the controls to exactly what my wife wanted.
