Bought a pre-owned car from Lithia. They treated me well. Until it was time to sign. From what I've gathered, they train their sales people to look customers in the eye and flat out lie to them in order to make a sale. Was told I would have free oil changes. When the time came to change the oil, they acted like they didn't know anything about anything. So I got in my car and left. These guys are worse than the chumps over at McGavock. At least McGavock tells you they are screwing you.
