I had my son s Camry serviced at Lithia today. The Service Advisor, Jeff, was truly uncaring and basically incompetent. First, he told me he would give me a $5.00 credit for the oil change which was not reflected on the bill presented. But that s nothing compared to what happened next. He then said the bill was $81.15 but charged $2,350 on my card. I finally went to the manager to straighten this debacle out.
Jeff first said he had a busy day and was tired. Later he said he had no excuses, but I reminded him he had just given me an excuse.
I will never deal with this Jeff again.
