Jacob Fuller was my service adviser at Lithia Toyota of Abilene on 3/7/2019. He worked with me to figure out a way for me to make payments on my services, so that I would be driving a safe car again. My services were new brakes, new battery, new rotor turners, new cabin filter and new air filter.
I am very thankful to be in a safe car again and for all the time spent with me to get it fixed. Thank you also for the driver who took me home and picked me up so that I would not have to wait at the dealership. It was so much easier for me that way !!
Lithia Toyota of Abilene has always been a place I feel welcome in and they always are very courteous to me. I am very thankful they are there to help with my car needs when they come up !!
