I live in the Houston/Woodlands area and had been in the market to purchase a new Toyota Highlander for several weeks. I visited 3 of the area Toyota dealers and was unable to find one that would work with me to get the vehicle I wanted. I visited my son at his Abilene home and while there I went in to the Lithia dealership where I met Chris Herrington. Before the day was over I had purchased a Highlander Platinum and was very pleased with the whole experience. Without applying any pressure Chris explained all the features of the car and even drove it out to where my wife was babysitting and explained them again. When we got back to the dealership we quickly came to an agreement on price. I would not necessarily go back to Abilene just to purchase a vehicle, but while there I wholeheartedly recommend anyone visit Lithia Toyota and specifically Chris Herrington for a straight forward and pleasant purchasing experience.
