This was our first time at Lithia Toyota of Abilene and to buying a Toyota. We had done some research ahead of time and had in mind what we were looking for but we knew no one at this dealership. When we arrived we were greeted by Jimmy T. who was exceptionally attuned to our needs and what we were looking for. He is down to earth, no pressure, and genuinely desires to provide quality customer service. He was patient and kind, knowledgeable and quick to serve. As a result, he gave us the peace of mind in the decision we made as he provided over the top customer service. The finance manager, Mike M. was equally as wonderful with a no pressure, authentic approach to making the paperwork process so simple and we feel he kept our best interest at heart as he closed the deal.
