So.. I took some time to really think if i should even post this review. I know that everyone is just back from the holidays & you look under staffed. It happens, but there is a thing called professionalism. You suck it tf up & then go home. This might be long, but i want to articulate my experience at Lexus of Towson. I had an appt. to assess a recall. I had never been to this dealership before today so i had no idea how it functioned & where to go, so i am completely at a loss (your building design is horribly laid out btw) . I park & walk in to ask where to go for service. Someone tells me to pull up to the doors and they will pull it in. I'm waiting at the doors & then they open up the other door beside me right in time to let others go before me when they pulled up after me, but whatever. I follow behind them & pulled in. I had no idea where to go & what to do after that so i step out my car & ask where to go now. I sit in the waiting room for 10-15 & then I get called back, the lady was nice. I was told it would take around an hour. Im sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hrs. Everyone in that waiting room was complaining about the service & the responses i heard from some of your employees pissed me off & they weren't even talking to me. I finally get up to see what is taking so long for something that just needs to be looked at & I eventually get called back to get my keys. i had a dying key fob so i was waiting on that too. I go to get my keys & she said she would comp. it for my inconvenience .. so i take that as admitting fault & apologizing so i took it & i went on my way. I get in my car & my battery is completely drained & a decent amount of gas missing from from tank. Which i'm taking as my car was on for the almost 3 hrs I was waiting. I have had issues with my car before with my battery with Carmax which sent it to your dealership that sent back not fixed which caused my battery to continue to die on me & be sent back again, but that is another story.. so.... i go back in concerned wondering if it is safe to get on the highway because i had not seen it that low since i had gotten it back the second time. I live 40 mins. away & its now rush hour. I got nothing but hostility when i went back in.. There is no reason to Blatantly belittle a concerned customer no matter how bad your day was, that is why you get paid .. you sure as hell ruined my day with your b.s.....ill be taking my business elsewhere for now on. You can cancel the part. Or not. Idc. I wont be back.
