Kudos to Alex & Mike both for riding with me to hear the noises in my ES350 that I have heard for a long time. Great diagnostic technician and foreman. We traveled a route I travel to duplicate the noises and we were successful! Thanks also to Service Director, Bill M. for expediting a loaner on the spot while my car is being diagnosed and serviced.
