My experience dealing the Vince Wong was excellent. Vince was patient, courteous and understanding throughout the process ensuring that all of my questions/concerns were addressed. He went the extra mile to have my vehicle ready as soon as possible eliminating the need for me to rent a car for a few days. My experience dealing with Lexus of Richmond Hill was great. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
