The general manager Nadeer is totally useless. Took my RX350 for service. Recommended a differential oil change when my car doesn't have a differential! Total theives here. Even the service manager agreed reluctantly that the work written wasn't done. Furthermore, asked to replace a cabin filter without checking that it was just changed by them very recently!
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Have been servicing my car here for years, clearly loyalty means nothing to these greedy folk. They updated my 'platinum plus points' that I don't have.
Update to communication from manager: manager unavailable to return calls. How can you suggest changing an oil before verifying it's worn out? Shouldn't a service advisor at a Lexus dealership check the vehicle before advising? I didn't take it to a rubbish shop. I took it to a dealer who charges big bucks for "quality service".
Update 2: Spoke to general manager. He's upset at the review! Still not willing to own up to trying to trick customers! Do yourself a favour, avoid this dealership!
