I did not give 5 stars just to give five stars. I gave 5 stars because I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness and true professionalism. As a woman, and what is considered in this country as being a minority, for the first time in my life, I came to a dealership where everyone... Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and sincere kindness. I have visited other dealerships prior to that day and with each one maybe one person treated me the same way. However, someone else who worked for the dealership was not as kind or professional or respectful or any of those things that is necessary to encourage a customer to speak highly of them and to be a repeat customer. I love Lexus of Nashville. Like, Chick-fil-A or Publix oh, there are some principles obviously put in place to treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you Lexus of Nashville for making my experience purchasing or trading in a vehicle, like walking into Paradise! Hats off to my sales rep, Greg! Honestly? Every dealership, and there were quite a few, that I visited needs to get their training of true customer service from Lexus of Nashville.
