We were really disappointed with IRA Lexus with regards to quality, delivery and reliability.
We purchased a Certified Pre Owned vehicle and paid around 3K extra since it s CPO and the car was brought to my home with terrible brake noise and noise issues.
We were promised scratches on rear bumper would be taken care and the paint job was horrible.
We really lost our trust on Certified Pre Owned vehicles.
