Wed 9/11 7:30 am appointment for 75k maintenance . Greeter was friendly & brought me into a service consultant. Mark showed me the waiting room. Approximately at 8:45 am I received text on what was wrong & what was needed. Mark came to see me & we discussed. I shared my concern about pricing & he said he could take $100 off. I never understood why they don't tell you that up front. At 10:30 i went out to check on status of car. Usually the service consultant gives you updates. So at 11:10 I went back to service desk after being there for 3 hrs 40 mins. Car was ready. Mark was finishing a customer's paperwork so he gave me to the service consultant next to him needless to say no explanations on what was done just signed paperwork. I was quite frustrated. Since I bought my 2013 Lexus there I have always brought it there for service. This time was not a good experience.
