BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It is exactly the stereotypical care salesman scam. I made an appt on a Sunday to look at some vehicles. When I arrived I was passed to someone who test drove two vehicles. When we got back I was passed to the Internet Service manager, Rob. When I told them the vehicle I was interested in, I asked them for different breakdowns depending on miles and length of lease. As soon as I mentioned I need to sell my car, that's when the slimy sales manager came out. Ray the sales manager comes out and tells me how he likes my car and he will buy it right now. I told him what is left on the loan and that I am better off selling it by owner. I gave him the number and he said he will buy it for that price. I told him right off the bat, I do not want the difference rolled into the lease. He said he wouldn't do that. He says we have ways of selling high end German cars and not to worry. I was stretched on time and told him let's do the bottom line math and send me the number on Monday. He said it will be about in the $500s a month. Great - Send me the numbers and I will be here Saturday before then end of the month to sign the deal and wrap it up. After texting and calling I finally received the numbers $699 a month. When I replayed the convo back he said sorry that's the best we can do. Beware of these guys and dealership. I was giving them a shot based on my location, but Pleasanton and Steven's creek may be worth looking at. Stay Away!

I took my '99 RX300 with 215,000 miles to their service department because it had a serious oil leak that I couldn't fix myself, and it was WAY overdue for a timing belt. Nathan and Emily were EXTREMELY helpful and took the time to work with me to get the critically needed repairs done while deferring some minor issues that I could pass on. In the end, the job was done right, and they even gave me two discounts to help with my "sticker shock!" Bottom line: My own personal experience with Lexus of Concord tells me that they have courteous sales people that care, and service technicians who know what they are doing and take pride in their work! If you love your old Lexus like me, don't trust it in the hands of some "fly-by-night" garage "mechanic!" Go with the pros @ Lexus of Concord! I hope to be back when they offer a plug-in electric.

Initially, Mark Nguyen, my sales representative remarkably put together my trade in for a vehicle I fell in love with. IS300. However, upon signing, the finance person Basir (knew I love IS350 cuz I use to own one) convinced me to lease but I felt uncomfortable and he added in what he said he d throw in . After all that was said and done I was unhappy but Efrain and Mark went out of their way to make it right. I must say the actions of Efrain and Mark really proves the high integrity of this dealership and ensuring their customers are satisfied and happy. I have purchased a used Lexus from Lexus of concord and before I finance I found some paint scratch and the cap holder was broken I talked to the sale man Jorge Delgado he told me he will fix it and after finance process done, he gave me work order and he told me that they will make an appointment for the work but it is over 3 months they never called me or when I call them they do not accept their own work order. so it looks like I have to fix it by my own and sue them in small claim court to pay me back.

I had a recall for my airbags and called to schedule an appointment to have the recall done. They contacted me as soon as the parts was available and scheduled service the same week.
When I dropped off the vehicle at Concord Lexus they had a loaner car ready. I received a call later that afternoon to let me know my car was ready and also emailed me of the findings of the service inspection.
The next day I returned the loaner and pick up my vehicle, unfortunately while driving home I noticed the radio and GPS navigation system didn t work.
I called back the Lexus rep to schedule another appointment to have them look over the workmanship. Scheduled for next week...

I was very satisfied with my experience except when it came to the finance department. I have been a customer with Lexus of Concord for my last 2 vehicle purchases and plan to be with them for awhile. I always feel that I and my vehicle are getting quality care every time I come in for scheduled maintenance. They are quick, efficient, and communicate everything to you so you know exactly what you're getting and what you're paying for. The staff is courteous, the facility is clean and with amenities like coffee and WiFi should you want to wait for your vehicle. Highly recommend!

We had been looking online at different car options for some time. We stopped by Lexus of Concord to look at certified pre owned vehicles, and were greeted by Nadir Jirmanos. If you are looking for a vehicle in the Concord area, I highly recommend. He was extremely nice and guided us through the different options available. We took a few days to think about it, and when we returned Nadir helped us through the entire buying process getting us the best deal and monthly payment that worked for our family. I highly recommend him, this was the easiest car buying experience I ve had and we love our new IS 300!

I have purchased Lexus vehicles from Lexus dealerships three times. I have never had a bad experience with any Lexus purchase. The customer service and courtesy is so good in dealing with Lexus--but this experience went beyond. it was superior in every way!

I worked with Sales Consultant, Hany Yosri. It is worth asking for Hany, whom I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone wanting the ultimate in considerate customer service from a knowledgeable sales person who doesn't overwhelm you with manipulative flowery talk. He focused on what I needed to ask and where my interests were. In each of the many "human" details that go with a person buying a new Lexus vehicle, Hany provided a superior level of customer care, together with a deep understanding of the vehicles he is representing. He is wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Ray Tomeh is sales manager and interefaces with special requests and issues for each customer. He is very courteous, knowledgeable. Very customer oriented.

If you are fortunate enough to be assigned to Joe Haddad for the considerable IT explanations on your new vehicle, you are in for a a great experience with someone who is both very knowledgeable and who shows a good deal of care in your "getting" the tech side of your new vehicle. He provides high levels both in terms of using language that you can understand when explaining all the new tech side, but also in terms of showing great underlying care for the customer.

The Finance Manager, Ali Heydari, is part of the superior customer service team, who goes the extra mile to make all aspects of the deal work smoothly for you.

Oh my goodness, what a difference in customer service! My last experience with a different Lexus dealer turned me totally off from ever going to another Lexus for service. However, from the very first call to them for service to the very last call for pickup, Concord Lexus was on it. Bill worked with me from day one assuring me of quality service and produced exactly that. The day my car was ready, he was off and there was no snafu because he had his coworker Greg ready to pick up the ball and keep it rolling smoothly for all concerned. Even the receptionists were pleasant and professional. Their customer service makes me want to go back and pay the extra dollars I would save going to an auto shop for minor things. Thank you Concord Lexus for restoring my faith in Lexus service department.

Excellent service. Due to an accident on 680 I was an hour late and they were still able to complete the service needed. Nick is professional and personable. I was able to be dropped off at the shopping center and was picked up once the service was complete. The driver was friendly and courteous. Also, they washed my truck for me.

This is my 3rd purchase with Lexus...the last two have been hybrids and I love them. Quiet, efficient, reliable and luxury. I have considered Mecedez, BMW and Porsche and always come back to Lexus. Moe at Concord Lexus is very knowledgeable and patient...no pressure. I'm now driving the UX and it is fantastic.

I was greeted promptly and treated like I was at the Ritz.
I asked for the Manager so I could compliment his staff and I spoke to Michael Pedro.
He was very knowledge and actually took care of all my issues personally working directly with my service consultant to ensure my satisfaction.

I highly recommend this dealer. The part I liked the best is that Mr Pedro was very honest and I felt very comfortable with the transaction. I compared pricing vs another location and they were very close in price not to mention the loaner car and wash.

Great Experience!! The car was priced in a reasonable range. They were not giving it away or ripping anyone off. We went in test drove it and sat down to get a OTD price. The price was not overly inflated. I offered a grand under that as I thought it was still fair. We agreed and made the deal. I paid 900 over Blue Book after tax and registration. Keep in mind blue book does not consider these things. The rest of the deal went just as smooth and transparent. The car is certified and in great condition. I would definitely recommend Concord Lexus for new or used cars.

I've been a customer since 2006, and went in for service appt today. I left today feeling disrespected and conned.

Norma, during service intake with me, used a fear tactic as she immediately attempted to upsell me some $1200+ additional (new tire sensors all around) when i asked for a quote on the right front sensor which is out.

I have been aware for several years, that 1 tire sensor had faulted and told her that. She quoted me some $300 to replace it. Then she added that given that 1 sensor was out, that the other 3 could go out too. I pointed out that if she would review my record, the implied urgency of her cautionary statement was not born out, since the sensor has been out for years.

Using her reasoning style, for example, if one seat belt malfunctions, the other 4 could also, and i should replace them all?

I quickly lost any trust i might have developed with her, left and canceled my appointment.

I discussed my reason for my offense with both her and another man. No apology or acknowledgment (he just walked off) and she continued to repeat her self about how all the tire sensors can go out. It feels like she is on commission or bonus for her sales volume.

Service done in a timely manner. Was due for tire rotation. Tire rotation was not done due to right rear tire tread being at 3/32 . I would think that the cost would be lowered due to this labor not taking place, but it was not. This was not explained to me before I departed. Dishonest. Stay away, folks! In September of last year (2018), I had a coupon from another dealer for an oil and filter change for $69.95. Lexus of Concord told me on the phone that they would match it, so I took my car in. When I got there, the service adviser said the coupon was not really a good deal; it was only good for 5 quarts of oil (true) and, he claimed, my car needs more than 5 quarts (false), so I would actually end up paying a lot more. I wasn't saving any money, he claimed. He claimed the other dealers make these "misleading" offers "all the time," and rip you off in the end. He claimed Lexus of Concord charges less than the other Lexus dealers in the area for the same work. Since I was in the shop already, and he quoted me $100 to do it, I said go ahead, trusting the guy. Today, I went to Lexus of Pleasanton for my next oil and filter change (with a coupon for the same deal). Good people at the Pleasanton dealership BTW...They did all the work for their quoted price ($69.95 and for synthetic oil!) I discovered for the first time that my car actually needs only 4.6 quarts, not more than 5 quarts (contrary to what Lexus of Concord had said, last time, in order for me to stay and have them do the work.) Needless to say, I am never going to Lexus of Concord to do any work on my car again. They are dishonest and a rip off!

I bought a 2017 Lexus IS 200T and the experience was quick and pleasant. Devin Bratset was the person I bought the car through. He was great and arranged the appointment and was able to answer all of my questions and more. Efrain, one of the managers, arranged to have my car detailed at my convenience, which was very kind of them. Tim handled my financing and was extremely professional when helping me come to my lease terms, and didn t force any optional packages. I came home with the car the same day I went in with a great APR that I will be refinancing with my bank.
