It s was a very efficient and great experience. All the staff was pleasant and the service consultant Jeff amazing. I was able to drop my car and make it back to work on time and the loaner was extremely helpful. The communication was great and the check out process was fast easy. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Concord and will be returning.
