I have purchased a used Lexus from Lexus of concord and before I finance I found some paint scratch and the cap holder was broken I talked to the sale man Jorge Delgado he told me he will fix it and after finance process done, he gave me work order and he told me that they will make an appointment for the work but it is over 3 months they never called me or when I call them they do not accept their own work order. so it looks like I have to fix it by my own and sue them in small claim court to pay me back.
