Initially, Mark Nguyen, my sales representative remarkably put together my trade in for a vehicle I fell in love with. IS300. However, upon signing, the finance person Basir (knew I love IS350 cuz I use to own one) convinced me to lease but I felt uncomfortable and he added in what he said he d throw in . After all that was said and done I was unhappy but Efrain and Mark went out of their way to make it right. I must say the actions of Efrain and Mark really proves the high integrity of this dealership and ensuring their customers are satisfied and happy. I changed my 3 stars to 5 because I am impressed with Mark s honesty and Efrain s generosity to do what was needed to make me feel like a happy customer. Thank you Lexus of Concord.
