Wish there were six stars to award. This was a "six star experience".
I have purchased Lexus vehicles from Lexus dealerships three times. I have never had a bad experience with any Lexus purchase. The customer service and courtesy is so good in dealing with Lexus--but this experience went beyond. it was superior in every way!

I worked with Sales Consultant, Hany Yosri. It is worth asking for Hany, whom I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone wanting the ultimate in considerate customer service from a knowledgeable sales person who doesn't overwhelm you with manipulative flowery talk. He focused on what I needed to ask and where my interests were. In each of the many "human" details that go with a person buying a new Lexus vehicle, Hany provided a superior level of customer care, together with a deep understanding of the vehicles he is representing. He is wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Ray Tomeh is sales manager and interefaces with special requests and issues for each customer. He is very courteous, knowledgeable. Very customer oriented.

If you are fortunate enough to be assigned to Joe Haddad for the considerable IT explanations on your new vehicle, you are in for a a great experience with someone who is both very knowledgeable and who shows a good deal of care in your "getting" the tech side of your new vehicle. He provides high levels both in terms of using language that you can understand when explaining all the new tech side, but also in terms of showing great underlying care for the customer.
