I had a great experience at Lexus of Concord today. Nathan, my Service Advisor was personable, professional, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor from the first phone call to beginning and end of my service. My appointment was completed before the estimated time and everyone was polite and courteous. I was really impressed with the special details put in place to adhere to the COVID19 Social Distancing guidelines. I will be sharing my experience with my friends and on Social Media. I look forward to returning for my next scheduled service.
