The service is amazing! I traded in my old car and I bought a new one. Phil was my sales guide and he was absolutely wonderful! The entire dealership went out of their way to provide excellent service and I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Agreed on a price on sunday evening and came back to buy monday morning. They added $900 to the deal cause something had to be fixed on the car. Also had the car listed online as CPO- but was not. Even said CPO- on the car. Buyer be VERY aware. Typical stealer ship. Look elsewhere.

I have been using the service department at Leith ...

I have been using the service department at Leith Nissan for over two years. The cost of oil changes have been between $45 to $50, give or take a couple of dollars. On 10/19/2019, I was charged $83.18 (before taxes). When I questioned this, the advisor quickly said that I was not the first person to say this and wanted to quickly remove me from my appointment. Since I needed to have the car serviced and time was an issue, I had to get my vehicle serviced. Then, the advisor one seat over said that they use synthetic oil. I quickly said that my car does not require it, and Nissan's Consumer Affairs department also confirmed that.

When I compared my 10/2019 invoice to my prior visit (1/2019), the comparison between standard 5W-30 and synthetic oil is not the issue. The issue is that the dealership had raised their labor rates 56% and the cost of parts. That is insane and robbery!

I've filed an official complaint with the Consumer Affairs department and talking with Visa regarding the charge.

I will not return to this dealership for service or a future vehicle. Extremely disappointed, as I liked this dealership.

Mo Mohajer was my sales representative and he is the best sales rep I have ever had. He listened to my need and built a rapport with me and this is so important when buying a car. He was perfectly honest with me through out the entire process.I am now a owner of a 2013 Nissan Altima. My car had everything I needed. We bought out a lease from another state, I'm pretty sure we taught these goofballs how to do it. My wife was there for 3 hours getting blasted with upgrades and warranties. Preapproved, this should have taken 20 minutes to sign and take our vehicle away. Horrible service. And wouldn't you know, as my wife was driving home; navigation started sending her on rediculous routes. Let me see, nav took her there on most direct route, Leith touched the vehicle for state inspection, all of a sudden navigation takes her a route thru neighborhoods we have never been. This is a shady, shady company. I will never do business with any of the Leith companies again.

Edit. Just read the reviews, nobody returns phone calls, the guy I dealt with was fired the next month. Just don't do this.

Me and my wife were having a hard time finding a car of our liking and also in our price range. My wife had an idea of what she wanted but every dealership we went to had one that didn't have the right mileage, price, and also in good shape. We were only 2 weeks into our search and my wife found the Leith Nissan Used Car Dealership and spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Austin Graff. We told him what we wanted and we looked around as well. She found the Nissan Juke and let me tell you this guy was so well spoken, knew what he was talking about, and also very poliet as well when talking to my wife about the car and its features and such. He even got us a deal on the car as well for $16k out the door. This guys worked his magic and made my wife happy and I couldn't be more happy for her.

Took a couple hours, even though I knew exactly which car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Also, I don't like when people try to push upgrades. Just tell me the options and let me decide. Don't try and "sell" me on things.
Edit: decided to buy my leased car. Showed up with all paperwork and payment. Still took three hours. This place is ok, but set aside a half day to transact business...
Edit2: apologies. I think i was unclear while trying to be polite. Yesterday I sat in your offices and did nothing for 2.75 hours while I waited for your staff to become available. My portion of the transaction took 15 minutes. Your understaffed financial manager team was the bottleneck. This was not at all about it being a complex transaction or me needing lots of information. Just wanted to clarify, since your response seemed to miss the mark. I'm happy to discuss this on the phone. You have my details.

I brought my car in for servicing and to have a technician diagnose a problem. The entire team of people at Leith Nissan's Service Department were very nice and knowledgable. The facilities are really clean and nice. Stick around and watch TV in comfy chairs while they service your vehicle or rent a vehile from them. I opted to rent one and they provided me with a nice, clean new Rogue to get around town and do my errands. A pleasant experience all around and I felt better knowing that certified Nissan technicians worked on my vehicle.

Just came for what I thought was my routine 30K mile and oil change. To find out that the previous miles services I had done were not done in the order as I had been told. Very frustrating!! The lady helping me was polite but she is new and unfortunately was not the one that helped in past and that was that, go figure.
The sales staff and parts are amazing and do a wonderful job, super professional and caring. But service department is lacking, this is the second time I am very dissapointed with the service department and lack of communication. I would never recommend to anyone the service.

Recently bought a new 2013 Juke SL from Leith Nissan and it was a great experience. Derek Parker met my mom and I at the door and he did a fantastic job of telling us all about the Juke, working up some numbers (that came out to be unbelievably low!), and even made some time to get to know me and my mom. After a day of decision making, we were back at Leith to purchase the Juke and drive it off the lot! Overall great experience with Leith Nissan and with Derek Parker in particular. He was really a pleasure to work with.

I brought a nissan leaf in to be inspected before purchase. Andrew and Bryan were both super helpful, educating me about the car and its features. They were able to tell me anecdotally about how people like their leafs (leaves?) and generally reassured me about buying this one. I felt much more comfortable jumping into electric vehicle ownership knowing that I would have such friendly and helpful service for maintenance going forward. We will be back!

Well I've been Nissan Loyal for 12 years now and absolutely love the product but, they're to proud of it some times. I've been looking for a new Titan "2015" since January 2015. I've tried many dealerships in NC trying to trade in my 2012 Titan without any luck with some crazy excuses. Leith Nissan was my last hope because I was also dealing with GMC. Like I said I wanted a new truck and if you tell me it's impossible I will prove you wrong. Went to Leith because Hendrick GMC was right down the road "who already had my deal worked out" but again I was trying to be loyal!! Leith did match GMC's trade in value but we were still $2,000 more than my bank "SECU" would allow. Well I was told Leith could get me approved with Costal at a lower rate then SECU so I let them run my credit. They came back with 13% when SECU gave me 4.75%. So let's just say I went and bought a GMC because Leith and Nissan in general wouldn't come down $2,000 dollars for a customer with 12 yrs of history. I told Leith I am going to GMC and it didn't seem to bother them until I received a call 2 days later asking if I still want that Titan. When I said NO I told you I was going to GMC all I heard was silence .......then oh you did. I am very disappointed this happened especially when my wife also drives Nissan and bought a 2016 Rogue in January. Well I contacted the corporation and that was a waste of 5 minutes and they didn't even seem to care either....why would they, I mean they already have my money from the 2004, 2007, 2012 Titans that I bought and my wife's 2012 and 2016 Rogue. I am sorry for such a long review but I am very very upset and actually LOVE MY GMC. Remember 1 tells 10 and was $2,000 worth losing such loyalty?

This was one of my best experience of buying a car. I was in search of a new Nissan Frontier and looked at several dealerships. I had found 3 dealerships with trucks matching what I was looking for. One being the my local dealership (less than 5 minutes from my house). I had purchased two vehicles from my local dealership in the past, but I decide to give another dealership the opportunity to earn my business. One of the other dealerships that had what I was looking for was Leith Nissan (Cary, NC). I had heard Bob from the Bob and the Showgram talk several times on the radio of his great experience at the dealership and I was wanting to see if there was truth behind his story. I contacted the Sales Manager Bonnie Gramling directly via email on my interest in one of their trucks. Shortly later I received a call from Bonnie, she was very polite and willing to help. She gathered some information on my trade from me and what I was needing to make a deal happen. Shortly after talking with her, I received an email from her showing me some figures. The price I received was close to what I was wanting. With the price being better than others I had received, I knew it was worth the drive to the dealership. I setup an appointment though Bonnie with salesman John Felten. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by John and Bonnie. During the test drive John was polite and not overwhelming. He allowed me time to look over the truck and ask any questions I might have. John is the type person that wants to make sure you are happy and not just trying to push something on to you. Once back inside Bonnie ask me what I thought of the truck and we proceeded to discuss the price. I explained what I needed and within minutes Bonnie and John brought me a sales agreement showing the price I had ask for. This was the easiest time I have ever had settling on a price. None of that back and forth number games. They took what I was needing and made it happen. I can say now if you are in the market to by a new car Leith Nissan should be your first stop. I have never written a review on a place before, but I have to share this great experience with others and give Bonnie and John the great review they earned. From start to finish of the deal, I cannot think of one thing that could have been improved. Chris Wasz even made the financial paperwork process painless(which is a hard thing to do). So please give the Leith Nissan team a chance to earn your business.

He understands the job is to help you find the right vehicle, not try to sell you something you don't want. He is extremely patient and also knowledgeable about the products. We were happy to make a second purchase from him.

We have no big complaints about service over the past four years. The only frustrating part is working thru the appointment call-center when you have service questions; asking to speak to a service manager will get you there...but it just seems like they try to avoid that a little too hard.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Leith. I brought in my Infiniti because I was having issues getting a callback from the Infiniti dealer. They wrote me a ticket and got me right in without any issues. They were definitely slammed but my service manager, Ira Carter, was able to pull some strings and fit me in. He couldn't get all the parts so I had to wait a few days. I came a day early just to check if the parts came in and Ira told me to drop off the car for the repair and he'd get me a rental car. I ended up getting brakes too and not once did I feel like anyone was "pushing upgrades" as someone said. He said one side was OK but one side was at 1mm probably because of some damage so I got them to do oil change, power steering flush, new power steering hoses, and rear brakes. The price was less than the Infiniti dealer would have charged. Ira also called my aftermarket warranty company and tried to work with them but they were closed, but he said he'd talk to them for me if I needed him to and gave me his number. I really had a great experience talking to the guys and girls in the service department. I asked them about an issue with the Xterra radiator/coolant/engine oil issue that my old dealership refused to even acknowledge and they knew exactly what I was talking about. While I was waiting everyone was super nice. It's definitely the best car service experience I've had in my life and I've owned over 10 cars. People definitely need to take their cars to Leith as they are very customer-centric without being phoney. Ira thanks so much for the many things you did day after day to get my work done. I was so impressed that I'd really like to do something for the service staff like buy them lunch. It is so rare to find good help these days and it deserves to be rewarded.

We shopped many different models of cars this time around before finally settling on a Nissan Pathfinder. From the beginning our salesperson, Campbell Lovett, went absolutely out of his way to make sure he was there for us. My specs had to be shipped from out of town and he was on top of the process the entire time. And even though the car wasn't on their lot, we got our target price for it and the negotiation was simple and smooth. They even gave me a very fair price on a 10-year-old trade-in, better than CarMax and Auction Direct. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely great and have still been there for all of my questions even AFTER the purchase. I couldn't be more pleased with the dealership, our salesperson, our car or the transaction. Thank you Leith!

My experience was fantastic and I couln't be more pleased with the service provided by my sales consultant, Derek Parker. The staff at Leith are friendly and professional at all times which makes a huge difference when shopping for a new vehicle. Very low stress car buying experience. What a pleasant surprise! Joey was very professional but without being pushy. We went on a test drive and he never treated me like I just got my license yesterday. I really enjoyed it. Kyle, the sales Manager was very helpful and super knowledgeable. Your staff is awesome which is what will keep me coming back. However, I am a bit displeased with the results of the most recent issue I was having with my 2015 Armada. Long story short. Heat not working. Rep called into CNA (warranty company) to have the heat control valve replaced which they declined because they don't cover hoses. The heater control valve is attached to a hose which is a loop hole for them not to pay. Nissan Rep quotes me $800 to fix it. In preparation to contact CNA to dispute this I began looking up the part online. Via Google I came across numerous YouTube videos on the subject and the possible fixes. I figured I would give it a shot. Loosening just threw screws on the heat control valve I was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. With such a known problem with the Armadas it would be nice if Nissan looked at alternate options aside from replacing the part which costs the consumer a ton of money. I realize repair work is what makes the dealerships money, but $800 total to install a $100 dollar part, that could have been fixed in less than 5 minutes by opening up the heat control valve cover. Just some food for thought as it will be those little fixes every once in a while that will keep a customer loyal.

I brought my 2000 Altima into this facility to have a key made and a keyless entry fob programmed. I had a 9am appointment with a 30 minute expected timeframe for the job. I arrived on time, they took my car in and showed me to the waiting area. This was the best part of the experience. At 10am they told me they just started on my key and fob programming. At 11am they came to me and told me their computer was messed up and would not program the key no matter what they tried. They told me they were taking my car to the Infinity dealership to use their computer. They also told me the car was in Locked mode and would not start. I got a ride to work since I did not plan on being there this long. I received a call at 2:30pm telling me to come get my car. Once I arrived I was informed that my car still would not start, and that it had absolutely nothing to do with their work on the security function of my car s computer. When I asked what was the cause, I was told I had an oil leak that caused the distributor to not allow the car to start. I WAS AMAZED that this was presented to me by the tech and service advisor. I drove a fully functioning car to their dealership, then the tech drove a fully functioning car into their shop to cut a key, and then an oil leak caused the car to not start again. I was told that I could pay them to diagnose and resolve the problem or tow it to someone else. I do not know what has happened to Customer Service but this is not an example to follow. Now I have a car that is completely non-functioning.

Work on trying to give better timeline estimates on when work will be completed. If you
tell customer an amount of time you'll be finished, try to meet the time you promised or
call customer and give reason why you cannot stick to estimate. (Things can happen that
were not anticipated. I know that to be true.) Overall, dealership is very customer-friendly.

I have been extremely discouraged by car dealerships in the Raleigh-Durham area for years. Not Leith Nissan. Our experience here was extremely pleasant. The sales experience was very friendly and not in the least bit stressful. Chris Falzone ran his butt off for us and made sure we left with a smile on our face. The finance process was friendly and easy and we left with a very nice vehicle we were happy with. Thank you everyone for not losing focus on customer service like so many dealerships have.

Dealership is fine. I hate the car and Nissan's service prices are outrageous. I just had a fan go bad. Technician said it was a known problem but no recall from Nissan. Cost me over $600.00. Now I get an inspection and ask the price of an oil change. $78.00??? Are you Kidding me? I will never buy another Nissan thank you.

I was shopping around for a used Camry. I had been in touch with a couple of dealerships and stumbled across Leith Nissan's website. I found the perfect car and emailed the dealership. I had a reply within minutes that the car was available and made an appointment for the next morning. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the receptionist. They offered a beverage and introduced me to Austin Graff. I told him exactly what car I wanted and he took me to it. He was professional and personable. I have to say the whole car buying experience was great! Austin Graff was wonderful!

I love my new car that I have purchased through Leith Nissan. I did my research going in on what car that I wanted and appreciated the opportunity to drive exactly what I was looking for. I initially wasn't expecting to buy the car the same day, but I knew that the 2014 Nissan Rogue that I wanted was ready to go. I appreciated my sales associate, Curtis (Go Wolfpack!) who was not pushy at all and very courteous with being my first time car-buying experience. I did become a little confused during the finance meeting, but after coming back to the dealership and talking things out with the finance manager things were worked out perfectly. I hope to make my next car buying experience with Leith Nissan, especially with how much I like my current Rogue.

Service is great. You can have a cappuccino while you wait. Staff are friendly and courteous but it comes with paying higher prices. A car wash the gets your car soaked not washed.

We had a great car buying experience at Leith Nissan. After visiting multiple dealerships in the area and speaking to countless car salesmen, Jamon Allensworth was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful! He showed us multiple types of cars and helped us come up with best option that suited our needs. I absolutely love my new Altima! All of the finance managers we also very helpful and worked with us to get the best price for our car. We will buy from here again!

Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Knowing this particular sales persons team was not going to be there when in time of delivery, we decided to pick up vehicle. The other sales team who was handling delivery was very unprepared for the transaction as they did not have all of the paper work completed. They did not have my name on the lease as well being my dad was the co-signer. Vehicle came out of cleanup and had scratches on hood, overall not very appealing being it was just detailed. Two gentleman who also detail cars for the dealership offered their assistance to get the scratches out of the hood. That helped a lot. We did not receive a second key as well so i have to plan picking up the other key later on this week.

Be very careful here. They automatically (I repeat AUTOMATICALLY) went to find out my payoff for my current car without me giving consent. The exact words were "Oh! We work with them I'll go find out" without giving me a second to say no.

That's NOT OK! Talk about a hard sell. And when you don't like their numbers they get rude.

Will never buy a car here.
