Took a couple hours, even though I knew exactly which car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Also, I don't like when people try to push upgrades. Just tell me the options and let me decide. Don't try and "sell" me on things.
Edit: decided to buy my leased car. Showed up with all paperwork and payment. Still took three hours. This place is ok, but set aside a half day to transact business...
Edit2: apologies. I think i was unclear while trying to be polite. Yesterday I sat in your offices and did nothing for 2.75 hours while I waited for your staff to become available. My portion of the transaction took 15 minutes. Your understaffed financial manager team was the bottleneck. This was not at all about it being a complex transaction or me needing lots of information.
