Just an incredible experience all around . From the moment I connected Vanessa (sales rep) to the end with the finance team. The outstanding team effort from this team, made my dreams come true today. Not only did they find my truck I wanted. They found the deal that I wanted to. I really couldn t stop smiling from ear to ear. I was even so excited that I forgot my house keys at the dealership lol. I ve gone through long processes before and legacy ford was by far the best place & experience EVER! Putting the customer first, listening & executing was TOP notch. The finance team, I can t thank you enough! Just incredible people to work with. I recommend that management recognize Vanessa in the whole entire finance team! Thank you so much for the fine effort.
