I had an appointment yesterday at 8:30 to get some recalls taken care of on my Lincoln MKZ. No one called me to tell me it was ready. I left it overnight because i didn t need it until today at 11:30. I arrive at 11 to get my car and it hasn t even been started The only thing positive I have to say is the red head customer service rep is very professional and nice. This was a massive waste of my time.
