Called the service department to schedule an appointment for Air bag recall. The service advisor named Leo told me it would take 2 days or even possibly more to do the repair. He said the free rental car was only covered up to 2 days so if repair took longer than that i would have to pay. I told Leo that's why i want to make an APPOINTMENT so it will not take over 2 days to do a simple repair than takes less than an hour to do. He response was that they were really busy and had other customers. That is code for we don't want or need your business and to go somewhere else. I then called Tomball Ford and talked to Shelby and she was very nice and said they would take care of airbag recall why i'll waited and would take less than an hour to do. Guess where i am taking my mustang for service? By the way, i told Leo I needed to speak to his manager and he hung up on me. NEVER EVER DEALING with LEGACY FORD!
