Maybe people have had good experiences buying cars...

Maybe people have had good experiences buying cars through this dealership but the service we ve received leasing a car has been horrible and negligent. After my fathers car died for the third time WHILE in the middle of driving in the highway, the service center still cannot find anything wrong with the car and refuse to let them get another car under the lease. They cannot afford to early terminate or to rent another vehicle. My parents have been without a car for almost a week now (for the third time) and we ve been told to call different people with everyone pointing the finger at someone else. I ve called the finance center (Louie Martinez in particular) over five times now in the past couple of days and no one will call me back. The woman at the front desk says that he is there and she is not sure why he has not called me back. I spoke with Thomas Levica in service who informed me that someone would call me back yesterday and of course I did not receive a call back. We ve been very patient. I m hoping someone there will see this review and do the right thing.
