Your service personnel need a lesson in customer service, they could care less if you use them or go else where, they said so in so uncertain terms. They are in no hurry to get your vehicle back to you, it may be 3 or 4 days or even 2 weeks for a 4 hour job. There seems to be no supervision in that department, top management doesn't really know what is going on with their business. It appears that is left up to the service personnel or mechanic when and if that get to your job, it took a week just to tell me what was wrong with my truck. I've had the same problem with that type of service before, it always will be 2 or 3 days before even looking at your problem, the time before they told me it might be better if I went somewhere else if I was in a hurry, so I did, went to Helfman Ford. I couldn't go there this last time because I was at the mercy of the wrecker service, the tow is to the nearest Ford Dealer or I would have to pay extra.
Yet I keep getting mail outs wanting me to upgrade to a new vehicle, you want my money for a new vehicle but could care less about me after the sale. I've bought 4 new vehicles from you your dealership in last 4 years, yet I can't get decent service when I need.
